The bed and pillows are not good at all. They must be upgraded. I’m not saying they need the level bed I have at home but we stay in Milan, Rome and Florence and beds were significantly more comfortable. The pillow was near non existent both my wife and I had to fold it in half to go to sleep and the bed just needs a full replacement. Changing for better mattress and pillows and this place is perfect!!

The building and grounds are gorgeous. Flowers everywhere. The history of the building just a beautiful place. Hard to believe it is minutes from the airport. They provide a convenient shuttle. The food for dinner was good, breakfast was included and acceptable.

Concerned that the very sheer shades in the bathroom allowed folks to see in since we could see outside through them during the day. We were on first floor facing the parking lot so it was an uncomfortable feeling

Actually ended up booking the wrong date, however the receptionist was very helpful and gracious in changing the booking date for no additional cost, great customer service! Overall very pleasant experience with me and my family, I would recommend this highly.

We arrived late in the evening from Australia, so a very long flight, it was great to have the shuttle pick us up and we were there in a few minutes. There was no sound of planes and the place was surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to the airport. We stayed two nights to get over the jet lag. Everything was fabulous.

I would like the hotel to offer lunch to their guests. Sandwiches, salads, doesn't need to be a full service.

The airport shuttle is extremely reliable. Driver arrives within minutes of calling the hotel. I would prefer not to have an extra fee for shuttle service. (Maybe have it included with the price of the room,)

Amazing villa (of a former owner /producer of airplanes) just outside the airport of Malpensa. For 3.5 euro the hotel can arrange the pick up/drop off of passengers in the nearby airport, and it is much better than using taxis (walking , despite the distance, is not possible because there is a motorway). The villa is a jewel of late xix/early xx style. The staff was super helpful. Definitely recommend for someone who needs to leave from Milano Malpensa or arrives late at night.

The restaurant at the property is expensive. Food is decent without much variety. Breakfast is good and included. Coffee machine inadequate.

The property was beautiful! Frankly, staying here was punching above our weight. It was so close to the airport, but you could hardly hear any airplanes. The staff was amazingly, courteous and thoughtful. The food was delicious. The room was large and comfortable. I cannot fault a single thing.

The room a bit small. Air condition in the room didn’t work (front desk claimed it was a rainy day and the control on the rooms air conditioner is central - which I think is not acceptable when you pay for conditioned room). We had to open the windows to get some fresh air but the noise from the airport was disturbing.

Beautiful facility just by the airport. 2 minutes drive from terminal 1. Good breakfast and pleasant stay overnight.

The hotel was noisy at times during the night. Food and drinks are limited at times with the restaurant opening at 7.00 pm and the bar opening at 4.00pm. The staff will serve upon request but you have to go to front desk and ask to be served.

Beautiful close to airport but forget all the friendliness of the staff matters most and they were just amazing ♥️ We had a day layover on our way to Makkah for umra they did early check in made us most comfortable and very open minded ♥️
