Check-in was very slow and staff was confused and not very helpful. Outdated pictures on the website. Pics need to be updated. Hotel’s old and needs a refresh. They charge you $10 for the free breakfast if you want to take it back to your room. You have to eat in the dining room.

Great places to eat in walking distance. The room was clean and spacious.

A beaten down motel which has seen much better days. The first room was smelly so they changed us. Although the motel was pretty much empty, they insisted on putting us on the second floor and not the first floor.

Great breakfast with eggs, bacon, cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc. A quiet part of Arlington, with a very good bus connection to the mall in DC.

The attitude of the receptionist could be better improved and more welcoming Had problems with room cleaning my room was cleaned only ones during my stay l tried to communicate with receptionist but the tone was not nice although they ended up cleaning the room

So very outdated. The carpet, chairs and bedspread were very dirty. They put us all the way in the back of the building and there was no one else staying on our side. The 3-4 parking places closest to our room were marked off and you couldn’t use. The sidewalk in front of our room was torn up and you were lucky not to fall when you were entering your room. I feel they stuck us over there and in the worst rooms because we booked on booking.com. The room was supposed to have coffee maker, microwave, fridge, iron and board. It had none of those. On the good side, other than one older woman, who really needed an attitude adjustment, the staff was nice and accommodating. The breakfast was clean and adequate. It was a very convenient location.

Whilst the room was clean and tidy the decor is a bit tired, with damaged fittings and some wallpaper starting to lift. The whole hotel looks in need of a little bit of TLC. That said I would still recommend travellers who are just looking for a clean and tidy place to sleep.

Ideally positioned for access to the centre of Washington DC, the capitol is only 20mins drive outside the rush hours

The place had roaches, smelled moldy & didn't have a refrigerator. There was a cubby for a refrigerator; however, there wasn't one there & the area was dirty. It looked like they removed the refrigerator but forgot to clean the cubby.

Location. Location. Location. Able to get into Georgetown in under 15 minutes. Also, the breakfast was pretty decent despite the fact that the hotel looks & smells like it needs to be torn down.

Old and very much shows it. Just in very bad shape. I'm surprised that days inn and Wyndham would be ok to have this place under their umbrella.

Wesite said AIRPORT SHUTTLE. This is false. I had to pay for taxi between hotel and airport and back. Older hotel, could use updating with new furniture, carpet, tile.

The beds are uncomfortable and small, the AC broke on Saturday night and the room was extremely hot. I called the front desk, they put me on hold and never resolved the issue with the AC. The shower knobs are broken which makes it hard to turn on. The paint is chipping and the place clearly has lead.

The facility is very outdated, could use a renovation.. I know that it's a Days Inn, but I've been to better.

The beds were comfortable and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. I called the front desk for extra pillows multiple times and they kept telling me they were coming.. I ended up going to a housekeeping staff member and she made it happen. I was originally told that it was a motel and that a hotel and I should not expect.

WiFi just available in the lobby, only one pillow, just half the staff was friendly, bath-tub's faucets were tricky, lobby was a bit too cold.
