The “going green” products were nice, however flimsy. When staying in a 4-star hotel, I tend to expect nicer quality soaps and lotions.

We loved the location and views of this hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. They upgraded us to be in a room closer to our other family members staying there. The room had a large nice bed in the bedroom with pullout sofa bed in the sitting area. The bathrooms were large and clean. The grounds were stunning with all the fresh flowers and lemon trees. Breakfast was lovely every morning, big spread with something for everyone. Finally the pool was a highlight for us, being so high up and the summer heat beating down, it was lovely to cool off poolside and have some cocktails.

Wonderful view down the Amalfi Coast. Our room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Staff was very responsive to all our requests and questions. All around great experience.

We had a spa bath with the shower over and alrhough it was great, it was hard to get in and out of. I actually slipped and badly bruised my leg.

The room was spacious and the view from our balcony was amazing. The location was quiet, with a short walk to the centre of Ravello.

Bath towel: few and ridiculously small. Transport to the city center not always available.

Shower over spa bath was Extremely difficult and dangerous to get into and out off- A Very BIG NEGATIVE- No coffee machine in room! This is standard in the most basic hotel/motel and certainly expected in 4 star accommodation

Very nicely appointed room with separate sitting area and balcony with the most stunning view, English TV channels available. Very good Continental breakfast

The room was big but some stairs to get around - It was also wet and slippery so we had to be careful. The heat did not work. I was traveling with a co-worker who needed to be warm.

I loved how there was views from every window of the Amalfi Coast. The breakfast was decent

the bedroom was laid out well. The living room was definitely bare and missing something. In our room there should have been a table and maybe a second chair. Some additional art work would help make the room more cozy.

The views were breathtaking. The grounds are very well kept, lemon and orange trees in large planters line the walkway to the lobby. Exceptionally clean grounds and rooms. Crisp white sheets and towels. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. Fresh baked goods, fruit, eggs, cheeses, fresh fruit juices, espresso, cappuccino lattes, Parking was a plus. The property was very secure and quiet. Tomas the resident cat was lovely to see there and visit with. Staff was very helpful especially Alexandra at the front desk and Robert, the grounds keeper & shuttle bus driver

The property offered a ride into the town square which was really helpful as it is set on a hill. The only downside (probably due to it not being the height of season) was that the public transport (bus) to get into Amalfi or other places were very small and trying to get tickets was a bit inconvenient(not in Tabacchis as advertised) This is no reflection on the property though and we would stay again.

Beautiful setting in Ravello. Room and views were stunning. All staff were kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, including recommendations for restaurants etc.

The view from our room was excellent. We were not expecting the jacuzzi tub, so that was an amazing bonus! Breakfast was great as well.

We loved our stay. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, our room was wonderful and was fantastically located with a terrace and spectacular sea view. Excellent breakfast and we loved the opportunity to eat on the balcony and enjoy the sea view
