Wonderful home with beautiful grounds and spacious interior for our family of 4! Hosts were lovely and so accommodating. Short drive with our car to the parking lot where we could park and leave the car for a stroll around and have dinner in Montepulciano! Great home base for touring other Tuscan towns!

Its outside of Montepulciano and you need a car to get there. Parking is hard in Montepulciano. But after all of the tourist activities, like eating at wonderful restaurants we came back to this lovely refuge.

Best place to stay. Its a wonderful property. Great views, lovely surroundings. The inside is charming and comfortable. Eveb the bed linens are special. When we arrived there was a beautiful antipasto platter and an apricot crostata waiting for us along with a bottle of orosecco in the fridge.

Nice location, conveniently connected and not far away from Montepulciano (which is a fantastic city). Spacious house, renovated well. The terrace is really nice to spend some time in the evening. The host is wonderful! Very helpful, friendly, always available. We had no issues with wifi. There is no airco but fans are available and the trees bring needed shade. Sadly piano is not available, it serves as a decoration only, which is understandable but sad that probably guests in the past have broken it.

My daughters didn’t like the second room decor and didn’t like sleeping there as the bed was too creaky. They both bunked in with me in the master bedroom during our stay as a result.

The view was absolutely amazing. The property was strategically designed where you could look at the vast rolling hills from the kitchen, patio and master bedroom. Amenities were very well thought of, and the water pressure in the 2 baths were really good. Owner came to greet us and even surprised us with a lovely raspberry pie, though we couldn’t have finished it amongst the 3 of us. It is a lovely Italian house that is very cozy.

We were asked to notify the property close to the time of arrival. However the number given in the confirmation was not valid. Eventually we found the correct number by googling the property site. The number was completely different and we received the explanation that the number we were given was an old number and had been discontinued. Surely it's not difficult to update a phone number on the confirmation letter??

Our party of four stayed for 10 nights. Wonderful host who went out of his way to make us comfortable. He brought firewood, treats on Easter, and when we arrived there was a bottle of wine and snacks. Also, we forgot a pair of AirPods and he mailed it to a location we were headed to. The location is great! The setting is serene and the home was very comfortable. Just a few minutes from the town of Montepulciano and to nearby towns for day trips. Highly recommend this place!

fantastic view of the Toscana. Clean, comfortable and at the same time, gives you peace, because it is a bit away of the main city. Super friendly staff, they even gave us a cake for breakfast!!!!

It’s a well designed and very comfortable house for a family stay. The host is just amazing and takes care of the guests in every aspect. The location is very practical if you want to explore the area of Montepulciano.

The house was absolutely beautiful and would return in a heartbeat. It was spacious and tastefully furnished. The setting was gorgeous with a view of the TuTuscan hills from the front porch. A perfect house for a family or group of friends.

The villa is actually bigger that it seems on the pictures. The rooms are huge and could accomodate us -2 families with 3 children in total - very comfortabelly. The villa is in its original state and is very cozy and clean. Highly recomended, I would love to come back again. Thank you, Pierluigi!

An air conditioner would be a very good idea, especially in that very hot weather and humidity. Also shampoo in the bathrooms.

Air conditioning was missing a bit with the 40°C days we had at the time. The place is in the trees and on a hill, so we think usually temperature in the house at summer should be fine. We just hit the worst moment I guess.

Very beautiful place, the house and the garden with wonderful view on the valley. Fully equipped, large rooms, 2 bathrooms, furniture has a lot of charm. A delicious tart was offered, a kind attention. Parking is no problem.
