There was a tiny bit of sewer smell, but that might have been just an apartment we were staying in (210 next to the lift at the back). Not a problem if you are out and about during the day as we were.

The property was very close to the overground that takes you to an amazing beach in Bacoli (costa Di Licola), or if you prefer exploring, to Napoli and Pozzuoli where you can take a ferry to island Procida (worth a visit)! For the value of money the villa was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our daily chats with Giuseppe (Peppe) and his cappuccino and macchiato in the morning for breakfast (we’ll definitely miss that coffee)!! The breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of local pastry, yogurt, egg and bacon, enough to start the day.

Everything was nice. I may say the park was a bit small, but the hotel staff always manage to park your car, and have it ready to leave with short notice.

Very friendly staff willing to do an extra effort to help you. The hotel is well located close to the Nerone terme. On arrival we didn’t reserved the entrance to the thermal area, luckily they helped us to get a last minute ticket that grant also a discount at the thermal bar.

The staff were excellent and were very helpful and professional. The rooms were cleaned daily and the aircon was easy to adjust. The hotel were very engaged with helping to arrange additional requests and the WhatsApp communication was a great idea! The location to beaches, cafe/restaurants and the train station was perfect for a small family with only short walking distances.

the villa is in desperate need for renovation. they need to ditch the big bulky vintage wood furniture for a more modern look, the floors would look better if they were all wood inside the rooms. the furniture is all scratched and broken, many doors are wearing out, in some places the paint is chipping, the sofa in one of the rooms was all torn up, many of the furniture is broken and it needs replacement. modern furniture is not expensive at all, I am not sure why they’re not renovating the place already

the staff are very friendly, the location is great for where I wanted to be & what I wanted to do, the layout of the villa is very nice, many places to sit and chill, nice balconies with sea views

Bar selection poor, spa was small and only 4 - 5 guests allowed in at a time, noisy day and night, cramped parking facilities, no where to really chill out, very friendly staff but no local knowledge about eating or days out etc, no tourist information in reception

There were insects (cockroach and ant) in my room. The room was warm (no AC in late April) and stuffy and the hotel could not provide a fan. The parking was not easy in and out. You had to leave the keys with the front desk because they would double park cars to fit them in the property. My 89 year old father got sick and we had to return to the US and the hotel refused to provide any compensation for the two nights we did not stay there.

The property seemed secure. It was near a nice restaurant pizzeria. The hotel had an outside area to sit and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine.

Great hotel with lovely staff on hand to help out with everything. Clean, comfortable, free parking which was great and opposite train to get you into Naples or surrounding areas. Good breakfast and the best service, we would stay again.
