Kitchen and fridge were messy and not so clean

We felt like we didn't have any privacy because we could hear everything outside our room and outside the house. The TV was not turning on and one of the remotes didn't have a batteries in it. The shower also didn't have any hot water.

The room was very clean and big. The staff was very kind. The wifi was fast as well.

Nothing. TV wasn’t working after a storm knocked out the signal but who wants to watch TV on holiday?

The location is quite convenient if you want to discover Oracabessa or Saint Mary. Beautiful access to the sea by the house and friendly hosts and neighbours

There were no insect screens, and the owner held a loud party in the garden until late at night. Not nice location

I don’t like the fact that I have to tell her to turn the hot water on before I shower as long as the quest are in the house it should be on. Also the place can use a little upgrade especially the kitchen (pots,blender,knives,kettle etc). Mosquitoes still vicious but constantly burning destroyer helped

Miss Beverly was wonderful as always, I love the location it’s quiet and the house feels really homey. There are 2 bars in the alley and the view from the beach further down is amazing

the property was just right for my large group. location was about 20mins drive from Ochi Rios and about 25 mins walk to James Bond beach. the unit had everything we needed for wonderful Christmas dinner. Be sure to ask Beverly to turn on hot water. the housekeeper was awesome and tended to our every need.

The place is a bit away from town center so we didn't venture out late. Also the house is surrounded by greenery so expect some mosquitoes, even in the room.

Great sized room and huge bed, clean place and we felt safe. Joyce, the caretaker, was very polite and helpful. Even helped us with boiling water to drink and gave us transport instructions. AC worked great, and wifi was also good.

Have to get all needed items, no real views but otherwise clean and nice.

Housekeeper was good (forgot name at moment). Place was clean, simple and quiet. It took a little while to figure out exact location but otherwise good for short stay.

It was not where I expected it to be, down a little alleyway called Church Street. We adjusted quickly but getting in at night was kind of shocking to the family. Also, would have been nice to be able to pay beforehand with a card rather than having to carry that much cash to pay at check-in.

Miss Beverly was awesome. She's right across the way and very responsive. Everything was well organized and secure. Had no problems checking in or checking out. The kitchen had everything you'd need.

As stated previously, would have liked to have been able to pay beforehand with a card and not carry that much cash to pay at check-in. Other than that, just know that it is off the main road, down a little alleyway and you'll be fine.

Miss Beverly was the best. We actually stayed the previous night as an add-on to these two nights and they were very accommodating. Already posted that review.

We only stayed for one night and we didn't use the facilities other than our room and bathroom. Would recommend leaving a card in the room with the WiFi connection information.

We only stayed one night on the way to the airport. The guest house is located off the main north coast highway, so very convenient. Our room was clean, the bed was big and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Hot water was nice. Great sized room.

Be aware it's quite a long walk away from the centre and shops/ eateries

Lovely hosts that made us immediately feel at home! The room was large and comfortable, and the entire property and garden perfect to rest. It's in a small residential side street, nice to experience a slice of Jamaican life
