We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI wish the rooms were a little cleaner and the food was better. I didn’t like that a restaurant at the resort required the men to wear long pants to be able to enter. (Casanova) I didn’t know that and did not pack long pants for my husband. I could have understood polos and khaki shorts but it is way too hot for pants!

Great location, beautiful set up with multiple pools and beaches. The Bella Vista and Casanova restaurants are great. Entertainments team work very hard, engage brilliantly with guests.

United StatesNo in room WiFi. Mini bar was never readily stocked even though we requested Pre stocking. Long wait times for room service if they decide to pick up the phone. Food was sub par in most settings and the staff was very resistant in serving. You had to almost beg for a full plate of food. Pools, rooms and general areas are old and falling apart. Many areas in need of upkeep. We witnessed coconut tree limbs falling 40 feet just missing guests due to poor upkeep. Many dried up trees need attention or someone will get hurt. Do not expect any top shelf liquor for the top shelf price you pay. All rail drinks. Beach has fair amount of seaweed and needs attention as it results in limited swimming area coupled with 2/3 of the beach being restricted for boat parking and thus guests are relegated to a little corner of the beach area. The boats for outings are your main view and therefore an eye sore as they block any natural views.
