Coffee and coffee machine for breakfast was awful. Breakfast room layout meant everyone was walking past every table, not relaxing. Reception staff not friendly and always a queue (only ever 1 staff on reception).

This is a nice hotel. It did have a conference hotel feel but that's not a bad thing, it just didn't have a boutique or independent feel that I generally prefer. The room was a great size but a bit dark. The pool area was great. It's super close to the station and the walk into Old Town is about 25 minutes through a park the whole way - a really pleasant walk!

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Air conditioning wasn't very effective Don't have the breakfast at the hotel. Much nicer at local cafés!

The location was great. Walking distance from the train station and 15 to 20 minutes into thr centre. Was with my 75 year old mum and she managed fine. The rooms were big and a couple of issues were resolved quickly. Pool and spa pool were really welcome. Staff were friendly.

The shower bathtub combination. There is a very wide ledge around the bathtub that makes getting into the tub to have a shower awkward. It might prove a real problem for anyone with short legs or mobility issues.

Huge room with window view. Large king size comfortable bed. Quiet area of the city near the train station, Easy walking distance to all the sites. Large washroom. Clean and quiet hotel with several elevators. Decent breakfast. Lovely pool and jacuzzi area on the roof with beautiful views of the city.

Staff was horrible and especially in the restaurant outright rude. The only nice people were cleaning ladies. Breakfast was ok, food was often cold despite taking it right from the tray.

Comfortable beds, very clean, location is fine, you can walk to the old centre. It would be nice to have a tea kettle in the room.

The bedroom decor is dated and dark and needs a refresh. Same for the bathroom. No hand soap provided as standard - you had to request this which seemed strange as shower gel and shampoo provided already. No tea/coffee making facility in the room and no complimentary water on arrival .

Pleasant and helpful staff on reception and in breakfast room and cafeteria. We had breakfast buffet once during our four night stay and it was good. We dined in the cafeteria one evening and the food was excellent.Hotel very clean. Pool area spacious and clean. Bed comfortable and room of good size. We had requested a quiet room and this request was granted ie our room faced the back courtyard. Lifts worked.

The side we were on had a noisy manhole cover when vehicles went over, quite distracting but not the hotels fault. I felt the 10 Euro deposit per pool towel was a bit off kilter with the rest of the service experienced in the hotel.

Loved that you could book a room with parking, the staff at the pool bar area were so friendly and lovely, the atmosphere on the sunny pool deck was perfect. The hotel was in decent walking distance of all the main attractions. We had a simple breakfast at the hotel cafe which represented good value. Loved the comfort of the beds and the advantage of having a separate dressing area.

Getting into the bath to use the shower was difficult because it was high and it had a frame built round it. It was dangerous because of having to stretch so much

Beautiful hotel perfect location for walking around Cordoba. Room was very beautiful and comfortable. Evening bar very friendly and the roof terrace was stunning.
