Bunk bed was very squeaky, water leaking in shower that soaked floor, but the main issue that could have been very dangerous was opposite neighbours guard dog rottweilers that somehow managed to escape, and were prowling outside our property trying to get in. This issue was relayed to owner Pat, and hopefully neighbour will ensure guard dogs are tethered at night or improve fencing to prevent rottweilers from roaming unsupervised.

Nice price, Nice garden, nice owner, nice latonya, nice room with a fridge. Did want to stay an extra night.

The flat that my friend and I stayed in the walls need painting and the linens were not clean. The Flat was not properly aired before our arrival and so it smelled really musty and damp, however the furnishing was tasteful to an extent. meaning the although they were old and worn furnitures they looked ok.My stay

Nice accomodation in safe neighbourhood. Room was well equipped, with large bed, there was a fridge, microwave, AC, stove... Very good communication with the host, she was very helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

The rooms,the bathrooms were good as well and the yard was very spacious and accomodating to our retreat.

We really like the facilities for our retreat.We made use of the environment and had alot of fun. We love the rooms as most had AC.We love how friendly the house owner was as we felt like how.We felt safe even when we left the gate open. Based on the money we paid we truly got our money worth for our retreat.I hope to come there again next year ❤

We checked into (triple) room C but didn't expect only the bathroom lights to be functional. We had to navigate the room in partial darkness. The retractable sun shade/blinds across from the bed and the air conditioner need attention. The shower had some maintenance work done prior to our arrival. The result? Wet and dirty shoe prints in the shower, on bathroom floor and broken pieces of the tile all over. Not safe, and was not attended to up to our check-out. The bedroom needed to be swept. The occupants across the hall were loud and noisy during the supposed "quiet hours". Our complaints (in back and forth voice notes) felt like they were being met with excuses, redirected to other "absent staff" then sugar-coated with apologies. We checked out early from an original 2-nights stay. If you were in our shoes, wouldn't you want a refund? So, we asked and are awaiting a partial redund. Simple future practice: Be responsible for the price you charge by upholding quality. Regular/occasional inspections are a factor regardless.

So old and dirty. Bathroom leaked, very noisy guests. Only one towel for 2 people, no one to talk to for an extra towel, so no shower that night. Ran out of toilet paper and no extra rolls. But you get what you pay for.

The bathroom were filled with flies. She didn’t know we were coming cause I guess she was checking her bookings. We got one towel and it was three of us. No soap no rag no decent bedroom light the bed was uncomfortable it killed my back

There was not hot water in the shower with or light in the bathroom.

Key less entry, it had parking and was in a good location. This room was very spacious and had queen bed and well as a big bunk bed , so for thosw with a smaller budget and more persons. The person interacted with was also easy to communicate with and helpful.

Well I am back again. Love this place. Has everything I need, location, equipment, views, shops, transport etc... Can't go wrong.. My children loved the balcony and the fruit trees. Melody and Pat were always at hand to help. The family room was huge and a bonus extra room. I was spoilt for choice with beds.

The place definitely felt like a rooming house and not very homey. Provide very basic amenities. Had a TV in room but it was not working. Room had a mildew smell.

Great location in Kingston close to shops and the airport. Felt safe in the location. No Hassel check-in and check-out. .
