The cleanliness was bad. The hot water kettle was very dirty, it had some white substance layered at the end. When I asked the hotel staff to change, they washed the same one and brought it which wasn’t clean again! The complimentary teabags were left open and the extras were given to us by the staff in hands! Not hygienic at all, I didn’t have any tea/coffee there due to this. Also the mopping of the floor wasn’t proper, we could see the mop stains and the floor felt sticky.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The rooms were big, light, and had a good view over the city all the way to the citadel. Every member of staff we came into contact with did their best to achieve whatever we asked, whether it was getting an adaptor plug, or a special request at breakfast, or helping us with transport.

Breakfast, simple and boring. You can get the ingredients from a super market and make it even tastier. There was a night without hot water. But we called the receptionist and in two hours we could have a shower.

The place was very spacious, clean, modern and staff was friendly and helpful.

Limited breakfast options as they do not offer the buffet option anymore. Hotel does not have a gym or restaurant or other facility.

Clean and spacious rooms with all needed utilities. Proximity with all sites of interest in Amman and lively neighbourhood with all needed restaurants, shops, banks close by. Great rooftop view.

Breakfast was weird because there were no buffet and I was alone and waited for food prepared specially for me some time. But this was not critical for me.

Nothing in particular. As improvements, I would suggest to have little dining table and a couple of chairs. The apartment has a kitchenette, but not place where to sit and eat. The bathroom has no space (a cabinet, shelf) to put your things.

We had a nice mini apartment with a good view on the old citadel. The neighbourhood (Paris square area) is very lively and safe even at night.

The hotel is right on Paris Square which was packed on the Thursday night so a bit noisy. Breakfast was limited but hotel was half empty when we stayed so that might be why.

Great location, 10 minute walk to Downtown Amman. Suite was huge, had 2 toilets, a large lounge and bedroom, really clean, everything very good. We had a couple of issues with room which were fixed within minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The neighbourhood is quite hilly and steep.

This hotel is well located at Paris Sq. The centre of Amman is in walking distance. In the neighbourhood you can find lot's of restaurants and shops. Nothing to complain about the hotel. Many and varied breakfast buffet.

The location was great, near many restaurants and shops. Our room faces the citadel and you can catch a beautiful sunset from the room. The room was very spacious, well equipped and newly renovated. Very good value for money.
