I loved this hotel . My whole family loved it . From the moment you step in , you are greeted by the amazing staff . They go out of the way to make you feel special and are always there to help. The food was excellent , the rooms were beautiful, so clean and spotless, the beds were so comfortable. Most of all the staff made you feel like royality. I have travelled around the world but have never seen such amazing hospitality like in P Quattro hotel. Special thanks to Abed for always taking care of our needs and comfort. I can say please please if you visit Petra look no further and book this hotel. This is the best hotel in Petra .

Only one suggestion, the take away breakfast for ealy check-outs can be a little bit more substancious (sandwich) to lift up the amazing standard you have in this beautiful place.

Everything! It was the perfect hotel to stay in Petra. The staff from the young man in the evenings, concierge to the lady in the morning for our check out were very professional and delivered amazing customer service. Breakfast was delicious both days we stayed and rooms were spacious, neat and well decorated. You have a botique hotel gem in Petra; extremely recommended to stay here.

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel is that the “do not disturb” does not work once you leave the room because it’s electronic.

The location is absolutely perfect and everything is basically included in this booking. Shuttle is available to bring you to Petra and back. Breakfast was decent each morning. The hotel has a pool which I did not get to use since it was a bit too cold. The staff was absolutely amazing. The gentleman that checked me in was super professional and kind and the lady that checked me out and helped me throughout the day was also very professional and kind. They even set up a driver to pick me up in Amman.

The kitchen in the suite should be equipped with basic eating and cooking tools. At breakfast, all the dishes were tightly wrapped in clingfilm. It was very hard to get the plastic off. The dishes should be uncovered during breakfast, to allow guests to help themselves more easily to the food.

We were upgraded to a bigger triple suite, however the kitchen in the room could not be used as it contained no plates, glasses, cutlery or cooking pots. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good, even though the bathtub was a bit odd - a sort of hot tub with an uneven floor. Staff were helpful. We were even given small packed lunches upon leaving.

A huge shout out for the hotel and its wonderful staff. I travel a lot, all around the world, but this team stole my heart. From the second you walk in the door, till your check out, they will do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They were absolutely the best ever!! Without exemption. The hotel itself is also worth the stay, with spacious and clean rooms, an extensive breakfast, and swimmingpool and big jacuzzi in mint condition. The perfect example of Jordan hospitality. Not a doubt where we would stay next time in Petra. Thx for everything and till next time, insAllah.

First up, the service was just amazing, especially the two reception staff. This is a very comfortable hotel, exceptionally clean and there is also a shuttle to Petra. Meals were pretty good to, especially the buffet.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The price and location is amazing but it is the staff that makes this place so special. Ashley and her team made me feel at home from the minute I arrived. From upgrading my room, to free transport, a gifted picnic lunch to take to Petra and all the delicious food at the restaurant. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were also so lovely taking time each day to make sure I was okay as I was travelling solo. If all of that doesn't make you want to book the rooftop hot tub after a long day hiking should seal the deal. I even extended my stay as it was such a lovely place to stay. Thanks to the team at P quattro for making my petra experience so special.

The buffet dinner was not the best as the restaurant was still under development works so we ate out the second night just up the street which was just fine.

Great Breakfast with omelettes, scrambled eggs and a huge buffet. The room had all mod cons and a good balcony with views. The staff were amazingly accommodating welcoming us after a long flight from Australia with tea and croissants then ferried us to the Petra entrance as soon as we asked. We toured Petra twice and to our delight in the morning before being taken to the Petra Gates in the hotel bus we were presented with lunch bags complimentary to make our day just that much better. After visiting each time we were picked up by the hotel mini bus and taken back to the venue after calling them on the phone number they provided again complimentary. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff of this hotel. It was wonderful. To top it off Zayed booked a private transfer for us to Aqaba and as usual with this venue the car turned up right on time. I would recommend this hotel as a genuine quality venue with absolutely committed to service staff.

the place is perfect. From the swimming pool with view, to the breakfast and location in Petra. The staff is super helpful and they offered to pick us up from Petra visitor center for free. The day after we needed to be driven to next location in Jordan and they found us a car for a totally reasonable price, gave us a lunch box and we ended up having quite a fun trip around Jordan. ... Totally recommended! thanks a lot.. it was such a great experience! Grazie!
