Because of the fact that it was in downtown Amman, it was very busy outside of the hotel. That meant that one could get annoyed by all of the sounds outside. Furthermore, because it is a muslim country, mosque calls for prayer at 5 different times during the day. For me, that wasn't a problem since I am a muslim, however I would understand that for other people it might be annoying. Thankfully the hotel offers earplugs!

The location was super!!! We were right in the middle of downtown Amman, also known as 'Al-Balad'. This meant that a lot of activities were at walking distance! Such as Rainbow street, the Roman Amfitheather and a lot of restaurants. A lot of taxi's were always driving by so there was no worrying about not getting where I needed to be. The staff at the hotel was very nice, I had a very pleasant experience with Abu Ali. He helped my father and I with what to do in Amman and he made sure our rooms were very clean. The wifi in the hotel is also very good, they provided a different wifi for very floor of the hotel and even the terrace. The breakfast every morning was nice, it was an open buffet type breakfast with just the right amount of options so you wouldn't get lost in options or maybe get the idea that food would go to waste.

The toilet lid in the restroom can't be left in the open position. it falls involuntarily so it often touches your clothes.

The hotel location was very good. The room and the bathroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Wi-Fi works well. All the staff in the hotel are doing great job in helping guests finding good food, answering any questions you might have with all the attractions. We enjoyed their hospitality mode than the facility itself.

Nothing . Only thing there is no lift so have to walk up stairs only one flight though . Was worth it roof top is amazing for breakfast too and chilling alhamdulillah

The room was on the small side, there was limited storage space and the bathroom had a sliding door rather than a proper door separating it from the bedroom.

We spent 5 nights at the Boutique Hotel and had a great stay. 👍 The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. The location is right in the middle of Downtown and our room faced the busy street, but we were never disturbed by traffic noise, so the glazing must be good! Breakfast was provided and was adequate but nothing special. Overall, I think the hotel was excellent value for money.

Excellent location right in the heart of downtown Amman. Very friendly staff members including the owner Naat and Yousef. They gave us some tips regarding car hire which was very helpful and also generally what to do. The breakfast offered in the morning is authentic and tasty. The rooms were comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small but still comfortable and generally this place is excellent value for money.

Wonderful apartment in the Amman downtown, very close to Citadel, Roman Theater. It is in adjacent building to hotel and has a small balcony, very convenient for smokers. The breakfast on the hotel's roof terrace was excellent. Stuff was very polite and helpful. Very clean, a lot of hot water, WI was excellent. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommended!

A cosy stay amidst the busy downtown area of Amman. Location is very convenient with its close proximity to restaurants, shops and historical sites. We felt at home for the two nights we had stayed. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful.

No kettle in the room, at nights it can be noisy

Room is beautiful with IKEA furnitures, bed is comfortable, balcony and rooftop is moody above downtown, staff is nice and friendly.

Comfortable, clean and pleasant rooms, good breakfast buffet, lovely rooftop and lounge, smiley, English speaking and helpful staff - and after check out the communal facilities are in your use which made a big difference to my day.
