I recommend this hotel for many reasons: firstly good zone around all shopping and the beach by walking 2-clean rooms with modern form with room service and silent room 3- good men on reception fadi and omar(Jordanian ) the all of time take me as friend and purpose all dealing for small trips in city with economic prices and they suggest for me all restaurant with good price with nice quality 4- there is Egyptian one is named Ahmad work in breakfast room he only interest to see you get out from breakfast with smile and full abdomen

All staff were very hospitable and addressed our needs. The hotel is located in a prime location with walkable distance to Red Sea and town. They had provided complimentary snacks and arranged for us a cab at a very short notice. They had also packed us breakfast since we had an early flight. The room, balcony and bathroom was spacious for two people.

The roof / pool area is under construction but the hotel itself is still lovely.

Very new property that is being developed in the main touristy part, lovely hotel, rooms were new and comfortable. Very close to restaurants and cafes nearby. Stephen, the hotel attendant, really went out of his way to help us when we had car problems, he was an absolute gentleman and a credit to the hotel.

There were a few minor things but the hotel just soft opened so it was to be expected. The staff were superb.

The location was perfect. Every conceivable amenity was within walking distance. I especially liked that it was close to Mokha, a new coffee shop. It is also relatively close to some of the dive shops which is really nice as you can leave your car and walk.

Everything was good.

The breakfast was good. The staff was very accommodating and patient. The Loft was still in a soft opening stage but everything worked and the hotel staff was very attentive. The location was very central for our needs. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants. The sites we wanted to visit were all an easy walk.

The breakfast was a little bland, but still good value for money. Despite being marketed as an “eco” hotel, the toiletries were in little plastic bottles.

We were upgraded to an affiliate hotel (Bratus) nearby and it was lovely. Excellent value for money! Friendly staff and beautiful room.

The hotel had a soft opening. We were very comfortabke in our room. The hotel is very ciean. The staff is wonderful. The location is great! It is an easy walk to most places of interests. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants.

Hotel is located in walking distance from public beach a bit away from city centre, but they having big carpark and easy access to main roads.

Very comfortable hotel, my reservation was upgrade and I was moved to new open branch in Aqaba. Everything was perfect, staff was great and helpful, food very tasty (be prepare for big breakfast)

The staff is absolutely wonderful, went above and beyond in every aspect. They had medicine delivered to hotel for us and wouldn’t let us pay. Truly kind hard working lovely people. Beautiful hotel with great breakfast and comfy beds.

The location is good, and their staff is great. We got there earlier before check in time, and the female staff was so accommodating and helped us a lot. The room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioner was cool enough, and the water was hot, we feeled relax and free. In the morning, we ate the great breakfast. Whit this price, I thought this hotel is the best in Aqaba.
