The entire experience was truly sensational, including the staff were friendly, capable of English speaking and attentive. My room size was sufficient for 3 people and the room layout was very user friendly. Overall, I rate it as a 5-star hotel experience.”

“Very unique experience. The rooms are huge and you are shown every detail when you check in. The staff is warm and friendly. The ambience of the Ryokan just screams RELAX and it was a great night for our last night in Japan. The onsen water quality was checked while we were bathing, personally I feel that the staff has put the controversy behind them. The room has the wonderful tatami smell.
