  “Metei no Yado Kosher is a traditional ryokan in the small town of Isawa Onsen. The property is stunningly beautiful. The hotel rooms surround a traditional Japanese garden that is magically beautiful. Everything is considered. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. There is a public onsen but there are also private onsens, saunas, and hot rock bed rooms, which was great because you can enjoy the benefits in private, if you prefer this, rather than with others (which is the usual Japanese way). The food was also exceptional. We loved every minute and would definitely return!”

  “Location is good. Pretty large parking lot right across the street. The breakfast was pretty good. Room was Huge and full with everything you need and more. The bathroom is large. The outdoor private shower was neat (I don't mean the private onsen). Staff was kind and helpful. The garden is beautiful.”
