The space is big enough for my family of 4. Location is very convenient. The staff is so nice to ask my kid to bring the Miffi bonbon seat to the room. The room design is stylish.

The spring mattress laid on floor was thin and felt really cold to sleep on when its minus negative temperatures outdoor. Ac unit installed in the room was too weak for blowing out heat to warm up a huge room. In the end my kid and I felt like it was a freezing cold room we stayed in.

Location was superb. Close to central pedestrian street, vast selection of dining eateries to choose from. Room interior was spacious huge.

Lack of hanging space, e.g. during winter, coming in the room, first thing would be to take out the jacket and hang in near the door. The TV facing the windows are extremely glaring with the shades open and the TV stand do not allow full movement due to the connection cable to the sound bar. Lack of TV channels (all in Japanese) and WIFI connection issue that I had to figure out on my own. The TV menu are in Japanese and the name of the TV seems to be the same for all rooms - thus casting from mobile or tablet to TV - it's a mystery which TV name to cast.

Modern, clean and a niche feeling. I like how guests can choose what to have and what not to have in exchange for things that are useful. Making coffee is a class act and the coffee beans are suited to my taste! The turntable is a classic! The Dyson hairdryer is a good bonus! Microwave and a few cutleries are so useful. Crystal clear instructions on check-in and check-out. The staffs are always friendly and helpful.

Very clean, spacious and the interior design is very thoughtful, for example Dyson hairdryer, shower drain that doesn’t clog easily, strong shower pressure, huge bed for one person, many available USB power source and individual bedside lamps.

- staff was prepared to greet me at check-in and had all of my information ready - bathroom amenities were nicer than expected (e.g. large shower with good water temperature and pressure; dyson blow dryer) - convenient quiet location near Odori park; walking distance to shopping and transport areas

I think it would be the best hotel if you could solve the fine dust because I could see the dust.

It was an accommodation that added joy throughout the trip. I sent an email that the arrival time of the hotel to store my luggage in the hotel before the trip, and it was very convenient because it allowed me to enter before check-in time and kept my luggage even after the hotel check-out. All the staff at the reception were kind with a bright smile, and the location of the hotel was 4 minutes away with Tanukikoji shopping center and Mega Don Quixote in this shopping center, so it was so good to shop and eat because there were so many good restaurants nearby. We booked a room for 3 and 4 people, respectively, because we had 7 people, but the kitchen and microwave oven induction were installed in the room for 3 people, so we could shop at Don Quixote and eat every morning. Also, it was so nice to be able to drink fresh coffee every morning by providing coffee grind and filter coffee beans to the customers who wanted it. And it was so convenient because there was a convenience store right next to it. The airport bus stop was a minute away when I returned to the airport on the last day, so this was also so good. I would like to thank all the staff who helped us  enjoy our trip.

Only downside was the lack of laundry facilities, and no smoking facilities.

Amazing room, huge size especially for Japan. Incredibly comfortable bed. Massive bathroom. Free records to rent downstairs and a record player in the room, and some boardgames and card games. Even some little molds to make snow figurines with. Staff were very friendly and had good English.

It’s children friendly. My son loves the shelves of games and books that are free to be borrowed. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Makes me feel like I’m returning home each time I return back to the property Fr my side trips :)

The water heater is not very stable. We went during winter, so it's more obvious to us. Otherwise it's all good.

Cleaning services being just once for a 4 night stay. Although this was clearly specified. I feel given the cost of the hotel it should be included. Quality of the towels could be better. They were rather small and thin.

The hotel was clean, with spacious rooms. The amenities in the hotel are excellent. They have a vinyl record player and vinyls available to borrow from the reception. The room also had a digital kettle and Dyson hair dryer, which was a nice touch. Hotel staff are very friendly and eager to help.

Fun, clean and comfortable hotel. We had the room with two double bunks, so 4 double beds, which was a novelty for our family of 4, the kids thought it was terrific. Very clean, spacious by Japanese standards. Very friendly staff, eager to help with lots of recommendations. Excellent for an overnighter on our way to the airport from Niseko but being self-contained, would be great for a longer stay too.

Spacious Room with nice amenities. It’s in a great location, staff are very helpful and friendly. Heaps of restaurants/bars/shopping within a 5min walking distance. Also right down the road from Tanukikoji Shopping Street.

The room and bathroom are very clean, the mini kitchen has everything you need. Location is very good, close toたぬきこうじしょうてんがい, you can still go shopping at night. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and there is snow ball maker for the guest to borrow .

No washing machine or facilities available to do laundry in hotel. Nearest coin laundry 30 minute walk. Large coffee machine in lobby but just for display purposes. No barista to enhance lobby area and vibe. Very limited cutlery and crockery in room.

Proximity to central area of Sapporo, Modern design and amenities. Comfortable bed and loved that I could get extra pillows on request. Good bathroom design, best water pressure out of any hotel I have stayed in Japan.

Great location near ōdōri park where the snow festival was. We walked everywhere during our 2 day stay. Spacious room and really comfortable beds. The staff were so friendly and helpful with great restaurant suggestions
