Some aspects of the room were a bit rustic.

Accommodation was within walking of the subway, with amazing restaurants in the surrounding streets. Room was clean and well appointed with a kitchen and washing facilities. A more traditional Japanese style of accommodation it was cosy for a family of four. We had a great stay.

Good location between 2 subway stops. (steps away Akebonobashi Station) Lawson next door and 7/11 a few minutes away. Good restaurants nearby. Check-in was through tablet in lobby. Pretty easy, just make sure you have your code handy! Able to leave our baggage in room after 11 am which was amazing. Hosts very responsive. Room was bright, clean, very big, had 4 single beds in it, washer, fridge, TV, two armchair and a coffee table with cushions. Perfect for families/ friends. It's like the pictures but pictures are glamour shots- place a bit tired. Pocket WIFI was provided! A steamer which was most helpful! Small kitchen with rice cooker, kettle and cooking element. Beds were super comfortable - but needs more pillows. Bathroom is small but the hot water and water pressure of shower was best I have ever encountered in my travels.

How long check in with the iPad took. Line at the door with other people trying to check in so it took us 30min. Air conditioning did not work for first 20 minutes until I unplugged the AC the plugged it back

The toilet began to overflow for no apparent reason.However when the owner saw my message the next day he did come to resolve.

Walking into the property i thought what have I booked as the stairway looked old and grotty but once we entered our room we were very pleased.

The property is very dated. Could use some upgrades for what they’re charging. Also I didn’t like there wasn’t a place to sit besides on the bed.

Property is near two train stations, about 7-10 min walk. There’s also a convenience store just outside which helped us a lot for last minute/quick purchases. Host was kind enough to let us leave our bags before check in, which was also smooth and convenient. Property was clean and had the basic necessities for a short stay (heater, blower, microwave). Good/workable space for 5 people, all with luggages.

Not a lot of privacy as it's an open sleeping space other than a small shower area and toilet. Better instruction in English for waste management would be appreciated.

Pretty easy to check in just follow the prompts on the check in panel located at the bottom entrance. From there you're given a keycode to use to get into your designated room.

Good location near train stations and lots of local places to eat. Basically one big bedroom and shower room, functional but small kitchen. Appreciated the washing machine!

Please provide at least one proper chair with a hard surface and back support. The sofa/cushion chairs costed me a bad sprained back after using the laptop just for 30 minutes, Not enough hangers, need to put stuff here and there. Quite noisy at night due to proximity to the main road (we are on 3rd floor). Would be nice if the broken wall clock and broken bedside light could be replaced.

Room spacious for 3 persons. Best is the electric blanket for a the snowy winter. Hot shower also very good. Washing machine and a big hanging frame are bonus and prove very useful for travellers. Lighting okay.

I think a mirror in front of the bathroom sink would be helpful.

The body wash clothes and eye masks were a nice touch.

The fold out 5th bed was extremely uncomfortable with a joint in the middle that just dug into your back all night , the road outside was very nosiy, busy with sirens all night and the cost was fairly high for what you got compared to other accommodations in the area.

Bathroom and shower was pretty tired but did the job- the shower was good and hot. Very little in the way of cups and glasses given that it sleeps 4. The pillows were small and only 4 of them.

Very close to 2 Metro train stations and only a couple of stops from Shinjuku JR station. Lawson's konbini right next door and a 7/11 only 4 minutes walk away. Very good amount of space for Tokyo. We were a family of 4 and had ample space to rest, eat and sleep. There is a washing machine in the apartment as well which was very useful. Check in was very easy via a tablet in the foyer so you could turn up at any time.

Available convenient store nearby is only lawson. Also a little far from shinjuku center. The elevator is small, we,re having hard time loading our luggage.

We love the bed. It has heating feature which you can adjust on the remote. It makes us relax after a long day of walk. The room is big and we love the fact that the host gave us a welcome note.

Digital check in was difficult to work out - take a photo of the room code. Road noise (lots of ambulances as a hospital nearby) take earplugs and this will be solved. :)

Very clean. Very comfortable beds - loved the bed warmers. Clean hot shower. Nice kitchenette. Great location.
