Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesThe room doesn’t have window, and only with fan? And the sound insulation is just so so…
The hotel is located at kokusai dori, which nearby the Makishi monorail station. It is convenient and easy to reach.

IndonesiaThe wi-fi would go down for a bit, not every day, but maybe every other day. I went to the front desk 3 times to ask the staff if they could reset the router (that fixed it every time). Rarely, but sometimes other guests were a bit noisy late at night/evening and closing their doors loudly. The walls are thin, but I didn't really hear anyone otherwise :) It's not the fault of the hotel! You might get a room without a window... a little bit sad, but surviveable 😄
All of the facilities were cleaned each day (except for your own room if you were occupying it). Had a very simple breakfast available (some bread, soup, and salad), which was always nice to start the day! The location is amazing, and right in the center of a bustling area, but it was not noisy inside despite that. The lounge areas were rarely busy, so you could have some space to chill or make a phone call. The rooms have a small air purifier unit to keep the air fresh and the temperature cool.

Hong KongYou can hear everything including people talking on the street but I sleep pretty late so it wasn’t a huge issue for me + they offer earplugs. Room could also be a bit cleaner.

AustraliaBreakfast was disappointing, even though it does have a good range of juices, soup, rice, tinned fruit. I know the cost would increase but having jam, tea bags and maybe a few pastries would easily improve things. The tinned fruit was barely a spoonful (but better than nothing). I booked a double room because it was slightly larger but the desk and the chair in the room was useless. A cupboard would have been better. Stuff just ended up on the floor. Very thin mattress which was disappointing as well. None of these things are deal breakers, I was still comfortable and enjoyed my stay.
Easy access from the monorail. Great laptop working areas on level 3 & 4, wifi is good not great. Rooms can be noisy but that's only for a few minutes and there are plenty of signs telling people to be quiet.

MalaysiaI landed in Okinawa in the morning, and the staff was kind enough to let me check in my room earlier than 2 p.m. The staff even switched the TV programme in the lobby to English language shows just for me. Thank you so much for the great hospitality, Mr. Takeshi Yokota :) I also love the fact that the hotel is on the streets of Kokusai and nearby Heiwa Dori. The closest monorel station is the Makishi Station. So you can take the Yui Rail directly from the airport , then walk down the streets of Kokusai for less than 5 minutes to find this hotel. Do note that this hotel is right above one of the souvenir stores along the street. The room wall is super thin, so be mindful of other guests when you're staying here. Besides that, everything is fine. The room is spacious enough, and I had a good rest there. The bathroom was surprisingly clean even though we had to share it with other guests. Oh, and they even have coined washing machine and dryers in the bathroom, so you dont have to worry about your dirty laundry ;)

CanadaThe sound proofing between rooms wasn't as good as I'd expected considering how new and good everything looked. The person in the next room was too noisy for me to sleep well even with ear plugs.
I had my own small room with a table, bed and even a TV! The shower and toilet rooms were right down the hall. They had a drink bar that had a variety of things and was always open. My room was cold but when I talked to the front desk, they gave me an extra blanket and said they'd look into turning down the AC a little if the whole floor was too cold.

South AfricaBreakfast wasn't really what I expected. Otherwise, I liked it.
Amazing staff who assisted me throughout my stay. I wanted to go to Zamami Island 🏝 and the staff contacted few ferry operators on my behalf. The free drinks until 2am came in very handy, especially to quench the thirst after a long day of discovering Okinawa. The place is so quiet despite the fact that it's located in on a busy street. I managed to do some work at night in the sitting room.

JapanStaff are super kind and helpful, i arrived about 2 hours before check in so they checked if my room was already cleaned, and luckily it was so i was allowed to check into my room right away. Besides the bathroom being on the floor below for me was a little inconvenient, i had a really good stay. Location is really good and despite being on the main road, sound proofing in the room is good. Thank you!

Czech RepublicIt's right on the main street, but it is not too noisy. You can get easily anywhere from here. Nice, clean. Little bit cramped, but that was obvious from the photos. For the price it's very good. The breakfast included choice of cold drink (tea, coffee, juice), small cup of soup (every day different one), two pieces of toast with butter or jam and small dessert (jelly, little ball of Okinawan doughnut or so).

TaiwanThe staff treat customers with no manner, They also make faults and lie things.I forgave them. For example hung up my phone, staff said he is the owner...... I made fault, because of one reason. I can,t let stranger follow me to my hotel and if accident happen,I can,t speak Japanese, how can I communicate to the police? I didn't do it on purpose. I am sorry. I stay in Cube about over 60 times before covid 19,everything was fine,I never make noise or make troubles. My friend make a lot problems I know, but it,s individual person. Why it's like all my fault. I even try to help translate and control. The girl staff even said that she can call police and we will be in jail. I didn't hurt her at all. It.s not me. I feel she is threaten me. Every one has the right to face the law. A false accusation is a claim or allegation of wrongdoing that is untrue.
It,s very close to the station and stores. The bed is big enough.

Absolutely loved the place!they took my luggage for few days while.i was travelling in the island. Loved the privacy in the room even though it was small it was enough. Common area for dining and a nice breakfast. Nothing special but just enough. Just in front of a bus stop, which in rainy days literally can save the day! The staff were super helpful and cheerful.

United StatesThe soundproofing of the rooms is a little poor, but most of the guests are very good. Sleeping at night is relatively quiet.
The four front desk staff were very enthusiastic. When it was cold at night, I asked him for an extra quilt and gave me a fragrant blanket that was very warm. Then I asked if there was a place to rent bicycles nearby, and he was eager to help.In addition, this hotel is in the International Tong, about 100 meters next to the Maishi station, there is a bus stop at the door, and the rental bike shop is also next door. Especially recommend the nearby Aeon, shopping is really too convenient, the big house restaurant on the sencond floor inside is also very delicious.
