We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I spent a little over 3 weeks with the lovely staff at Hotel Act Garden. Because I was staying for so long and just needed a place to sleep (I was in Hamahatsu for work) I wanted a place that was well-priced and didn't need a whole lot of extra facilities (Gyms etc.). The hotel represents excellent value for money, the comfort & cleanliness levels were very good, and the staff were amazing. Definitely recommend!

For the price you get a decent location and actually nice breakfast. Room was good and everything was comfortable. The hotel offers food and drinks to be delivered to your room, if the many restaurant options around it do not fit your taste.

United StatesWe had booked a deluxe room; however, when we entered the room on the eighth floor, we realize that we could hear the sound of the walk/don’t walk signal, very distinctly at three-minute intervals. we asked for a room change, which was granted, however they could only put us in a standard room. The standard room was fine, but they would not refund the additional cost of the deluxe room. rooms on the street side should be avoided.
