Best value for money I have ever had! Big room, clean, perfect location!

The hotel is a bit distant from the station and main attractions (a 30-minute walk). However, it’s very well connected so it wasn’t a problem; you can easily get there by bus. The bus ticket is 210 yen, cash only.

The room was very spacious. The spa was very nice; we had a massage to relieve some leg pain from the hours of walking in Tokyo over the previous days, and it was lovely. The staff was very kind, helping to transfer our luggage, which arrived at the other destination as planned. Everything was nice and smooth.

Room is super clean and spacious, onsen is great. Relaxation lounge area is spacious and comfortable with free welcome drink. There are free umbrellas for rent. It was raining in Kanazawa for the two out of three days during our stay. It is very thoughtful of the hotel management to provide free umbrellas for guest to rent, as it rains a lot in Kanazawa. Location of the hotel is about 10 min away from Kanazawa station by bus, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, closest bus stop is Katamachi (about 6 min walk from the hotel). Very convenient to get around. Bed is very comfortable! Staff are very courteous. It is a very a memorable stay in this hotel. Kanazawa is a very charming city. We would go back again and again!! Would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Kanazawa.

Great Hotel. Great Room. Great Location. Great Spa. Everything was brand new. This was both one of the cheapest accomodation that we had in Japan and one of the best. I wouls absolutely go back. They even had a public bath inside.

Good location (near the loop bus), really nice hotel in general, they were happy to hold the luggage free of charge prior to our check in, really nice and spacious rooms with great view from the 10th floor, cheap when we booked it, possibility to use spa and free drinks in the lobby.

Parking was limited at the hotel so we had to park across the street at the parkade.

The hotel is located conveniently around a lot of restaurants, shops and night life. It was also a relaxing walk to the Kanazawa castle, Kenroku-en and Arts and Crafts Museums. The hotel itself was very clean and nice. Definitely will visit again.

A gap in the window-blind and window which allows morning sun through. Bring an eye mask if you want to sleep in.

Room for 3 with only few hangers are really not enough. And the common space and bath are just next to the lobby make it less exclusive.and also Washing machine is always in long Q.

Hotel room is nice and comfortable ,quite spacious for 3 adult. Hotel location is good, lots of eatery and also Lawson & 7-11. A bus stop 7 min away that can bring you to most of the attractions point. Although it's quite a distance from train station, but you can take a public bus to hotel if you have light luggage. Or you can also take taxi from train station and only cost you $1,100 to $1,300 yen.

The breakfast is not expected to be. I was looking for a traditional Japanese breakfast, but it was a mixed type. Maybe it is because the hotel tries to meet other customers who are more likely to have a western type of breakfast.

It was more than we expected! Rooms were decent size. Super clean. There were shower cosmetics in the bathroom and all toothbrushes/hairbrushes/make up removers etc available in the reception area. Hotel has an amazing, beautifully made onsen free for guests. Welcome tea/coffee. Freak fly and helpful stuff. Highly recommended!!!

Restaurant only open for breakfast have to buy breakfast package from hotel. Wasn’t able to buy just a coffee so went a few doors down to a Lawson convenience store. It appears hotel is in a party area but mid week was quiet

Everything was perfect.

A very nice hotel, extra clean rooms and newly renovated. The onsen was a highlight of our day. The toiletries also felt luxurious. Very good location!
