Location is further up north and slightly away from the tourist spots.

The room was spacious, with a great balcony and view of the sea. Lovely complex of shops below, easily accessible food options. There was a public bath within the hotel too, which was great!

Far from airport

1. It was close to everything (restaurants, souvenir shop, Churaumi Aquarium, bus stop, etc) 2. The view from our room (we even caught fireworks event from across the island)

-Unfortunately could not use the outside pool which was main reason we came for. -No cleaning service during 3 day stay which for a 4* hotel is not very nice at all. Although the staff was happy to change towels and lounge wear -More staff should really be speaking English or other foreign language.

Room size is amazing, we appreciated all the facilities in it too. Lady that spoke English was nice and helpful. Breakfast deserved separate thumbs up, it is absolutely exceptional and with great variety of options. Breakfast is absolute must while staying at the hotel.

We are told that reservation is not found so we are forced to move all our luggage to the hotel across the street in the raining day. There were elders with us, we ask for a porter to help moving back our luggage but he only came with no carrier so that we have to move our luggage by ourselves. And why the reception cannot find our reservation is because they didn't match the reservation number but just the Name. There are plenty of ways to check a reservation, why just using the name? I've got the booking number, and reserve number.

Nothing bad about it! (We didn't get to try the breakfast).

Sparkling clean and new, with it's own Mall and Starbucks within the vicinity! Very near to the Aquarium. Lots of open carpark space. Onsen and Public Bath was great! Rooms was exceptionally big with it's own Kitchenette, dining table and sofa area. We had a good Okinawa dinner at Kaihomaru restaurant and did some souvenir shopping at the mart. Collection of Aquarium tickets (from Klook) was also done at the mart.

Only stayed for 1 night. Would have been perfect if there were 2 bathrooms for the family condo instead of 1. Nevertheless the pros outweighs the cons

Loved that all floors had a view of the ocean, room was huge, beds were comfy. Public bath on the top floor was also amazing.

The air conditioner in the bedroom is too loud when running. The air volume has been reduced to 28 degrees and there is no improvement.

The room is large and there is a dining table in the living room where you can sit and eat. It is very suitable for families with children.

besides the great place they should have easier ways to airport, the airport buses takes too much time and the cab to OKA is almost 150usd.

I absolutely love the view of this hotel. Although the location is a little remote but there are some decent restaurants on the ground floor of this hotel. Absolutely love this hotel.
