A little out of town, but shuttle to the lifts was great and only a 15 min walk to bars and restaurant area.

The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner which we were not told about prior to arrival. Unfortunately one of the the breakfast staff (worked our first 3/4 mornings but not our last) also was letting his friends have breakfast for freee and making them packed lunches. Irritating as paying guests !

Not abl to use booking.Com messaging to the hotel as the staff doesn't check the message. We were late and missed the shuttle. We have to roll our luggage all the way through the dark road.

Booking cuts off the reservations 3 or 4 days in advance. So extending our stay was complicated and rates raised for some reason when booking directly.

The room was tight, breakfast abundant but quite heavy. Ski locker is available but no drying room for boots.

Some of the front desk and restaurant staff were In attentive and unhappy. The breakfast was ok but we were told there wasn’t any tea when we asked. I later found that there were tea bags available.

The hours of the folks at the front desk could be better - there was no way (as far as we could discern) to get help in the morning and evening when we ran into an issue before/after front desk hours.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was convenient laundry services and gear storage. Also, being able to book so much of our ski/snowboard trip through Always Niseko was incredibly helpful. We booked our bus from New Chitose Airport to Niseko and all of our gear (skis, snowboard, boots, helmets) all through their portal, and appreciated that they also helped shuttle us to and from the Welcome Center and the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was also fantastic - big buffet with lots of different options, both traditional Japanese and Western. The location is also awesome, about a 15-30 minute walk to all of the bars and restaurants as well as the Welcome Center. Would absolutely stay here again.

If opened window we had smell of egg coming from the kitchen below.

Room was a great size, modern and had an amazing view of mount Yotei! Buffet breakfast in the morning was great to fill up before hitting the slopes. Convenient shuttle regularly into town which was great for dinner, also to get to the mountain so didn’t have to carry snow gear and could return hired boards at always niseko as well. At night it was only a short 10min walk back from town. Had washing machines too so was able to do a wash before checking out.

Unsure if it was just our room but having our room separated by another with a door in the middle wasn't ideal. General sound and conversation leaked into our room. People just having normal conversations we could hear every detail in our room. Not ideal for privacy. This was the only downfall to the property.

Welcoming staff, decent location in walking vicinity to town. The 2 shuttle buses constantly running is a fantastic service. Whether going to the slopes or into town.

Warm quilt with no sheets made sleeping a bit challenging. Mattress was firm but we survived.

Nothing has to do with Japan. It’s a western hotel in Niseko. Shuttle bus well organized but you have to bring ski and snowboard on the bus: a ski holder would help. Cleanliness could be better maybe because the room service is not all days (to reduce the costs I guess)

1 lift to service everyone in the accommodation is a little stretch during peak times but overall, no complains.

Breakfast was good, although mostly the same food everyday - a rotation would be nice. Shuttle was very good, on-time everytime. Room had a lot of storage space for luggage and snowboard bags, so that was a plus. Toilet was great! Ample space for 2 people. Parking was great too, always found a spot in front of the accommodation so no complains there.

Needs and onsen. But I assume it is too tourist for that to be an issue. Wish the ski and boot room was heated more to dry boots better but was nice to be able to leave hard gear there.

Modern hotel that fits the bill for a relatively cheap trip to Niseko. Breakfast was nice with good choice of food, traditional Japanese and North American. Shuttles stopped early enough to keep me skiing everyday, couldn’t stay out all night 😉

Nothing. If i was being picky I’d say the beds were hard but that’s quite common at anywhere you stay in Japan.

Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The free shuttle bus was a life saver and really made this place.
