There was an excellent buffet breakfast with several chefs catering for the client. The hotel is very bright and clean, it seems to have been refursbished recently. It was very cold outside so it felt very cosy in the hotel.

We wanted to check out the rooftop bar but it was a bit overwhelming being greeted at each floor by staff. We felt a bit pressured to buy dinner when we went to the top floor so we opted not to check out the bar.

We got a good deal on this place for a one night stay so it was much nicer than many of the other places we stayed in Japan. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly. The location was very central and close to the train station.

Lack of public bath like in many hotel in Japan. But many amenities in the room.

They do not have air conditioning in the room during our visit in Oct but provide heater. We found it warm as the weather wasn't very cold during our visit. Fortunately we can open the window to allow the cold air from outside to flow into the room.

Excellent location which is just opposite the Akita station. The room is sizeable for triple sharing. The staff is friendly and provided excellent service. We delivered our luggage and they stored prior to our arrival. They even delivered to our room before we check in. The hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping malls, and within walking distance to attractions.

Staff is not so helpful. I carried 3 big luggages, the staff saw, but didn’t offer any help.

Towels were to rough! Need Better softer cleaning or better towels. Not comfortable against the skin. No parking facility with the hotel or any discount with surrounding parking structures.

Location good, breakfast very good with nice views! Room size good, very comfortable with many amemities. Facilities good! Use of Netflix account using the room TV is a convenient benefit.

Proximity to the JR Train station made this hotel a great choice! The staff was very accommodating and we appreciated their hospitality a lot. We were visiting family, so we didn't take advantage of many of the hotel amenities, but the rooms were very comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful stay here.

The added fees to use the sauna and sports Center. In most hotels I have been to, this is complimentary.

The property is about a 5 minute walk from Akita’s station and around the main nightlife area of Akita. It is very clean!

1/2 hour late checkout was charged...😔

We arrived early and manage to get our luggage drop by the lobby. The check-in was easy, staff can speak a lil bit of English. Luggage has been brought up to our room. Pleasant stay. Easy to get to station and many stores around. Walking distance to the Castle and park.

The bed is a bit too soft.

The location is perfect, very near Akita station. The breakfast is full service and the quality is superb. Staff are very professional, excellent Japan standard and efficient.
