Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very close to new chitose airport. Rooms are spacious & clean. Delicious restaurants on site. There is 24 hour convenient store in the hotel. Noted coin operated Laundry right opposite the lobby. Plenty of complimentary parkings around the hotel.

United StatesBooked as an in-between Hokkaido and our morning flight back to the States via Tokyo. I wrongly assumed that a hotel 9 minutes away from CTS had a shuttle; my guess is that at some point after the pandemic this was eliminated, as older reviews mention it. Upon our arrival at the hotel via taxi, we asked for help booking a cab the next day for our early flight. The gentlemen checking us in simply pointed to a sign mentioning a cab shortage in the area and handed us a train schedule and mentioning a taxi app we could use. We were disappointed at the lack of options and unwillingness to assist beyond that. Booking anything the night before was not possible without being priced at $100 USD, I guess due to demand. The train station is a seven minute walk, so if we were unable to secure a cab in the morning, our only option was to walk in the dark to a train station on an icy sidewalk at 6 in the morning with all our luggage. The earliest train leaves at 6:21, so if you want to arrive any earlier this is a bit of a risk. Ultimately we were able to secure a cab via the app (with some difficulty and language barrier trying to find our driver), but it added stress and uncertainty that morning that we were trying to avoid by staying near the hotel. Would not recommend.
The room was decently sized and we ate at a restaurant on the first floor.

When we tried to book again in the morning we were told it could not be done taxi was not available at 6am. We were sent to the train station with ALOT of luggage in heavy snow. Taxi pulled over and assisted as we walked to the train station. Potential to miss flights would have cost upwards of $5000.00 all the staff needed to do was advise the correct information to us and we could have made other arrangements.
