We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBathroom was quite small and did not have adequate shelf space. Also, room does not have individual heating. A notice says the hotel has central heating/cooling and if your room is too hot or cold, try turning off the thermostat.
Queen room was comfortable & well laid out. Nespresso machine. Towels were very good. IHG members get a more private, reserved area for breakfast with panoramic view.

New ZealandOnly have overnight laundry service, don't have coin laundry facility for guests to do it themselves. I arrived later at night and needed my clothes so I had to find a coin laundry near by but the place was quite old and scary. Can't adjust temperature in room ( main heating/cooling system). Bed a bit too firm for my liking (maybe put some feather underlay will make the bed nuce and cozy). In room amenities is available but have to look through all the drawers. Maybe have a designated area near the door/closet/ bath room with bath powder etc in a basket so guests can see them easily.
Great location very handy to the main station and shopping malls. Breakfast was nice and tasty and staff are very courteous. Good view.

This hotel is a large, modern hotel located adjacent to the train station. It was clean, but a bit small compared to other hotels at comparable prices we stayed in during this trip. There were lots of decent restaurants with in walking distance. Since we were using Okayama as a hub for our day trips in the region the location adjacent to the train station (< 5 minutes) was a real plus.
