We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe stayed 3 nights half board. The first night, the food was very good. Only problem was that food was exactly the same for next 2 nights so did not enjoy having same food every night. If staying more than 1 night, don’t bother with half board, lots of places nearby to eat.

SingaporeOne of our rooms is just in front of the lift and the lift up/down sound is quite annoying.
The hotel just a 3 minutes walk from train/ bus station, and less than 10 minutes walk to the main attractions. The hotel provided basic amenities, and with microwave and water dispenser at ground floor. Also with coin laundry which is pretty convenient for us. Not forgetting there is Onsen at 9 floor.

AustraliaThe hotel has a bit of an impersonal feel, perhaps because it's a business hotel. We arrived a couple of hours early with a baby with a high fever, and asked if we could check in early. First the staff said our room was being cleaned, so we couldn't access it. When I pushed the issue as my baby was very unwell, then they said we could access the room an hour early... but for a 1100Y charge. Given I had requested early check in (though the hotel had never responded to this request) and they could see we had a sick baby losing it in the lobby, a bit of leniency around the policy to get us to our room a little early without charging us would have been reasonable. In the end they did let us up early, but I'm not sure why it took so long for them to decide this was reasonable. Also, I had asked if we could sit in the (closed) dining area while we waited for our room so I could breastfeed my baby privately, but was denied access to this area for some unknown reason. I had to breastfeed in front of the front desk. Nothing wrong with this hotel, just wouldn't expect them to help you when you need anything.
The breakfast was excellent - many options (mostly Japanese). Our room was very spacious. The in house onsen were also really nice.

AustriaThe bed was really hard and I got a back pain from it, although I usually prefer harder beds over very soft ones. But the worst was my second night. At about midnight there was a fire alarm. I left my room and there were already many people running around on my floor. But it seemed that nobody had a clue how to open one of the emergency exit. This is really, really bad because it can get very dangerous in case there is a real alarm. Only after translating with google translate what was written on the door, I knew how to open it and could exit to the outside fire escape staircase. After we were downstairs, we were immediately told that it was a false alarm and we should go in again. When I came up again there were still some tourists that did not yet manage to get out because obviously after the door was closed, it was again difficult to open. When I was back in my room, the fire alarm was on again and then for another 10 minutes there was the very loud announcement that it was a false alarm. Obivously they had not clue how to turn it off. Later also the fire brigarde came, to check if there was no real fire. I really wonder what would happen if there is a really emergency because obviously the staff did not know what to do. I did not feel save any more in the hotel after this incident.
In the beginning I was quite happy with my stay. The room is rather big for Japanese standards, you have a view over the city, the window opens at least a bit and the breakfast is pretty good. According to the description the two different onsen are changed between women and men per day. Actually it is the same each day and if you always go either in the morning or in the evening, you will see only one. This was a bit disappointing for me because I only go to the onsen in the evening.
