If I had to point out one thing to be mad about, it would be the lack of supermarkets in the neighborhood. But this is a big city in Japan so plenty of convenience stores make up for it. 附近有超商但是沒有超市 There are a very limited selection of channels available on TV.

The best about this hotel is the spacious bathroom which is separated into two sections: one with toilet and sink, the other with shower and tub. The water pressure is on point. I take a bath almost every night. The tub fills up super quick. After I am done with showering myself, the tub is almost ready with hot water. 浴室超大間，分成兩區，水壓強又安靜 From the JR Nagoya Station, the hotel can be easily reached by Higashiyama Line(one stop) or Sakura-dori Line(two stops). It is situated between the exits of the two stations mentioned above. 從名古屋車站過來只有一到兩站的距離 There is only one elevator, but it was never a problem to me. Check in at the front desk was easy and fast, and check out is done via a machine. 入住和退房速度都很快

Using the 2 drying machines inside the hotel can be a hassle if you are leaving on a Friday. If possible, would be great if the previous user gets notified when the washing/drying was done.

Great atmosphere, great services at the price point offered. Both of their 2 sandwiches options with boiled eggs and drinks are a excellent breakfast to start the day.

Really small double room. Nowhere to hang your clothes, you are literally living out of your suitcase.

Brilliant little stay! Coffee shop downstairs (great coffee/toasties), beds comfy, shower had awesome pressure, Shampoo & Conditioner provided. Really close to the local train station so easy to get around. Highly recommend!

Cleaning can be improved, refer to photos taken during stay. Before the hotel management replies by saying that the guest should have alerted the hotel during the stay, the response to this would be that cleanliness is an essential part of a hotel that should not require reminders and quality assurance from the guests.

Good location, nice interior design concept that would appeal to specific demographics, decent staff. If cleaning can be improved, this would become an excellent hotel.

There is only one lift at the property and sometimes you would need to wait a few minutes to go up and down. It would be better if the ventilator in the bathroom had been cleaned, it looked like it was never cleaned. The phone located in front of the lift at each floors instead of each rooms, which could be troublesome if you have any issues and would require urgent help from reception. The room lacks the source of the light since most of the rooms are located right next to the tall building, which could be daunting if you need some fresh air. You are able to open the window, only for a little bit.

The room, towels are clean and tidy, which is nice to see. You do not get access to a view at all if you are located on the opposite side of the lift, however that also means you would get a great privacy. Even though you might not get enough sun-light, there are heaps of sources of light in the room and would not be an issue.

Very nice hotel that is close to two metro lines. The room was clean, relatively spacious, and modern. Inside the hotel, you will find a drinks vending machine and two washing machines that you can use by paying with coins (100 Yen coins). On the ground floor, there is a sitting area where you can also purchase some food and drink if you wish at their cafe. In the morning, this is where breakfast takes place. Breakfast menu is minimalistic which I think is a nice touch with the breakfast being vegetarian friendly.
