As our room is a deluxe twin one, the view is good. You can easily walk to the metro station about 5 minutes. The room is spotless clean. The public bath is rather small but enjoyable. Good breakfast included. We'll certainly stay here again.

The room was basic but the hotel had a cafe with panini sandwiches and an onsen hot bath (including an outdoor bath) which was a lot of fun for our family. The hotel is also conveniently located next to a park and walking distance to the Mirai Tower. Great location for families who want an outdoor space for kids to run around.

Bed was firm and it’s how I like it. As you would be waking all day while travelling in Japan. A good support for you back is a must. Very nice public bath. Convenient location and friendly staff!

The location is great! Near the metro and the city center, combini around the corner, create places to have breakfast, for example the snow peak cafe & shop is near in the park There are free rental bikes An onsen is nice And staff is very helpful! Helped me to manage my baggage delivery

Hotel is situated in a great location within easy walking distance for shopping and eating. Also close to train station. There were laundry facilities which were welcome at that point in our trip. Also really enjoyed the spa at the end of each busy day.

I'm struggling to think of something, maybe the 8am check-out is a touch too early, but it's really not an issue.

The breakfast. It was delicious and with room delivery, was most welcome every morning. Especially the sweet red bean and butter sandwich. The onsen was excellent and clean. Staff were exceptional, polite, friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful in the sakura season, Hisayaburi park is right next door, amenities everywhere, short walks to everything you need and quiet enough to enjoy some peace. The hotel was very clean, I'll be returning again.

Great Hotel, one of the best experience for a family vacation in Nagoya. One thing the staff are great and very nice. I would recommend this hotel for a family trip. Also they have microwave and laundry at the top floor.

Clean hotel with good facilities including Onsen and coin operated laundry machines. Location in Sakae is close to TV tower and convenient. Room was bigger than I had in Tokyo and was good value for money. Enjoyed my stay!

Clean simple and a great location. There are lots of restaurants and cafes around. Easily to get to the subway line and to studio Ghibli! Room is small but this is the standard in Japan. The breakfast was from the cafe next door, not bad but the amazing thing is they can bring it to your room which was great

Only thing that sucks is that it’s a bit far away from local food and there isn’t a lot of public transport, other than that it was awesome

Beautiful room, awesome for a Japanese hotel as it was spacious and had great design, staff were friendly and the bed was really comfortable, wish we stayed for a few days but only had a night here and it was awesome

Breakfast was very poor. Only offered a bagel with one cup of tea coffee or orange juice. Had to pay if you wanted a second cup.
