Room was a little hot, but was more comfortable the 2nd night when I pulled the duvet filling out and used the duvet cover as a blanket.

the room is very small. pool is only available at an extra charge. there were not enough laundry facilities so people were lined up to use them. the buffet breakfast was ok but very overpriced and not a lot of food options.

It was two things 1) My partner felt a little smell from the bed (she could advise me and I could complain but I guess she didn’t want to bother); 2) The pool has a separate fee that I could see when I was booking there…

The localization is very good and I had a parking for free… The supervisor in the check in was very kind and thoughtful…

We realised that the aircon airflow blade is slightly dirty and we had to wipe them abit to make it look cleaner than before. Apart from that, the aircon works fine..

The hotel is situated in a quiet location in Naha itself. This hotel is more convenient to get to via car than public transport. Do note that parking is via the car lift where the staff there will be ready to help you with the parking process. The room we got was quite big for a Twin room, so much so that we got plenty of space to open up our luggages. The corridors of the hotel rooms area is open to the wind so do becareful when you are there. Lastly, the staff are very nice and helpful with our check-ins, the lift parking process and more.

Even though the hotel website said they support English, the reception didn’t speak English at all. The breakfast was very Japanese unlike the photos on website, need some more variations of western style food.

Beds are super uncomfortable, especially the pillows. No alternatives available. Rooms are wayyy too small. Elevators are a pain. Overall services and facilities reflect a low budget hotel, should be priced accordingly.

Pool and sauna were decent, they shouldn't be extra pay though. Limit occupancy by reservation instead of trying to charge extra

The room was hot and the air conditioning was not that great for the entire room.

The room fit 3 people much nicer. It had enough of room for all three of us and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other.

I had emailed the staff prior to our visit (me and my mums) to ensure that the room was accessible for someone who struggles with mobility. We was given a room with a huge step leading into the bathroom and toilet, which would dangerous as my mum gets up many times to go to the toilet during the night. I requested for this to be changed and was given a disabled room, with a smaller bed and with the whole floor covered in tents with work me decorating the building. I was told I had to pay an extra £60 to have a room on a floor covered with tents and with a smaller bed. To try and solve my complaint it was agreed for them to make a sofa bed for me in the room. I still am very upset that as my mother could not use the bathroom due to the large step, that we had to pay extra for a room with a smaller bed on a floor covered with tents and staff decorating. The staff were helpful and I was told that the manager demanded us to pay the extra fee. Other than that clean room, great location and good for a short stay.

The breakfast was not good. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. We didn’t get a good rest at all and were ready to be back in our bed at home. The tissue they use in the bathroom is very cheap and breaks easily making wipes uncomfortable. Totally not worth the $350 we spent.

The room had a slight new paint scent.. it didn't bother me much. But it might be for some guests, you might want to air it out on a sunny day.

It was a really comfortable stay even for one night. The hotel's location is convenient, the bedroom wide and the soundproofing great. Also the morning breakfeast was plentiful and delicious — don't miss it !

I booked this hotel as it has a pool, among other things that looked attractive. When I checked in I was not told I had to pay an extra fee to use it (1,800 yen if I remember correctly), anyways, I got changed and headed to the pool to find my room key did not open the gate to access it. Went down to the lobby and told them it was not working, to which I was told I had to pay extra. I agreed, as it was a warm nice afternoon, but they told me I would not be able to use it because of my tattoos. .. It is a vacation place, with many people visiting with tattoos, its 2023... I was not offered a solution (rash guard rental, or other form of cover up)...

Very near the airport, walking distance to some attractions and a city beach.

The property advertises multiple times, a pool on its profile however it’s not until you have flown across the planet of earth and arrived at this hotel that they inform you that you have to reserve and pay to use this facility. The bathroom is terribly small. The room smelled of mildew.

The rooms, facilities and service exceeded what my expectations were, and I very much enjoyed my stay. I think that you could look at not charging staying guests for the use of the pool despite the nominal fee.

Great service and excellent rooms. Facilities were outstanding. The team were accommodating and attentive and service was great. Rooftop pool was a great way to unwind after a big day. I will be staying here again when I am in Naha again.
