The meals are kind of expensive for their quality. The pool is really cool but only when it's not full. Also, charging 1800 per day to use the pool is probably useful to avoid congestion but it's hard if you don't want to spend that much. I think the sauna should be a separate charge because not everyone may want to use it. The beds and pillows are a little hard. The couch in the room was more comfortable lol The elevators also take a long time so be sure to not leave anywhere in a rush. Lastly, the area is 15 min walking to the closest station so be prepared to walk a little.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable! There was a mirror in my room that doubled as a tablet where you can see if the restaurant is congested, watch YouTube, order room service, check out later, etc. It's very useful. It's nice that they don't charge extra for room service and the options are good, and I like that last order is at 10pm. The area has a lot of taxis driving by slowly so it was easy for me to hail them down when I needed. The pool is aesthetically pleasing. Just be wary that the hotel across the street has windows at eye level; when I was there an older gentleman kept opening his curtains and waving lol I also like that the pool is open until 11pm. My room was very cozy and the area around the hotel is very peaceful.

Parking is expensive and have to pay for the pool and sauna and its bit higher compared to other places.

Very helpful and nice staff. Rooms in the form of separate micro apartments. Clean place with lots of extra amenities. Located close to the airport, a few minutes' walk from the bus station. Tasty breakfast buffet - many options to choose from. You can rent a bicycle at the hotel.

Breakfast was delicious- the buffet breakfast was great with a choice of western or Japanese style meal- loved it. Location was about a 10 minute walk from the monorail and the free bike rental was perfect for getting around. Room simple and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a walk to all the transport stops, only 10 minutes flat so that's easy enough but meant it was a £10 taxi ride each way to the airport. Whilst it said there was a charge for the pool, charging per day makes it an expensive treat, the same with breakfast. If these had been included in the price of the stay I'd have given this a 10 rating.

Very modern hotel, great rooms and really friendly staff. There is a supermarket a couple of blocks away and free bike use.

There are several convenient stores around the hotel, it takes 10 minutes walk to Asahibashi station and the Naha bus terminal nearby. By the way, thanks for the staff answered our questions kindly and patiently.

It wasn't really near much. About a 10 minute walk to the Don Quijote, slots, etc. which isn't bad, but it was a walk nonetheless. Really good if you want quiet though!

Our first room had an awful smell of mould. We asked to change, and the sweet staff showed us two rooms in different floors. The smell in the second room was even worse, while the third room (the one we chose to stay in) was less, but still some odour. Otherwise nice and worth the money.

Maybe have one large bed instead of 2 tiny beds but that's not a big issue at all.

I liked the buffet style breakfast. Around the hotel there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. The train station was very accessible. The area is also very clean and quiet. Family Marts and 711 can be found almost every street corner.

The room was nice and big, even though as it is mentioned here sometimes, the smell is somewhat strange, and i guess it is from being located to the sea side... Staff was very polite and helpful.
