the location was ideal for everything we wanted to do & the room was spacious and exceptionally clean! finding the room was easy and there was someone there to help us check in.

Quite a spacious accommodation, clean, there's an equipped kitchen, living room, and 2 bathrooms. Was a great choice for a stay with little kids. Train station is at short 10 mins walk. The property is easy to find, contactless check-in/check-out is great for introverts. We booked the trip at the very last minute, when 95% of accommodation in Tokyo already wasnt available, however Aoca Tokyo Sanno appeared to be a grea choice, providing value for money and located near a train station along the line that can bring you directly to many places of interest.

It's a bit far from the train station and there's no safe luggage storage (no locked storage available). Unmanned also hence we had a difficult time accessing the door

So if you are sharing the room with friends be warned that while there is like a translucent material on the washroom door, bc the toilet is directly in front of the door, your junk may still be visible lol. There was also like a sewer smell near the sink sometimes? No other issues though.

more of a neutral point, but it's close to a train crossing. sometimes you hear the beeping. i honestly thought it was kind of relaxing though and it never made me lose sleep. you might not like it but it is very lowkey

cool art bed and room. fun stay in a super nice part of tokyo. there's lots of cute lil shops and the train station a short distance away easily connects to shinagawa. no complaints at all, the facilities are wonderful, the room is spacious and such.

There are flees and bugs in the sofa and linens so we all got bitten and spotted skin. We booked for three people but there was no bedding linen for the sofa bed. We had to pull out stuff for ourselves but not sure if they were clean or not.

This hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. It is a 30-minute commute to Tokyo, and there are several supermarkets nearby the hotel. This hotel offered a very comfortable stay!

The place was well mantained, from outside to your room and bathroom. I also love that you can use the laundry area with minimal charge. Location was superb, minutes walk from Omori station and a few meters away from a DonQuijote store (where we bought some meals and snacks to take back home). We really didn't have a chance to see/talk to any staff so I won't comment on that. Anyway its perfect for us bec the instructions were given in details via email. No need for assistance. It was a great stay! Thank you so much ❤️

Our apartment room was not configured the way we had expected (as shown in ads); instead of a couch and coffee table, we had another bed which made any relaxing, sitting or reading impossible. Whilst very well located to public transport, shopping and restaurant/bars, the immediate proximity to the railway crossing made it a little challenging during the night. Google document supplied before check-in only allowed step by step directions if arriving by train, and not by taxi as we did, and finding the place was a bit hard at 2am! No broom, dustpan or vacuum in the room, we had to borrow from downstairs next to the bins to freshen our room. No iron available either.

Very well located, close to the Omori train station and many shops, shopping centres, bars and restaurants. Safe neighbourhood and nearby parks, temples and spots for strolls. Keypad entries were very convenient for travellers, compact kitchen was well equipped and free handy laundromat attached.
