Hong KongThe bed is a bit too soft. The hotel uses electronic services on check-in and keeping luggage. These do take some time for first time users. The hotel location is slightly further from the Nagoya train station.
I booked a twin room which may be 30% larger than a normal double room. Moreover when I checked the price two weeks before my booked date, the room rate soared to double of my price. The onsen is an artificial one. However, the hot bath room is large enough to hold over 10 people and so it is spacious.

Japan-It’s a bit difficult to control the temperature in the room as there is a centralized temperature control for the whole place

JapanIts close to Nagoya station which is big and busy, so It might be noisy at night if you are sensitive. The room was clean but the wifi was not connecting and not wroking.
The location was really convinient. Its only a few minutes walk from Nagoya station and it was easy to navigate. The room was clean and the staff were kind.

AustraliaThe hotel was very close to Nagoya station and also next to another APA hotel so it could be confusing. The hotel provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable space. There were separate men and women public bath as well as coin operated laundry. Our room was clean. It was a bit of a squeeze for two people and two suitcases, though you can store it under the bed when you don't need it. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us a voucher for parking directly next to the hotel. It should be noted that the voucher only reduced the parking to ¥2,000 if you are parking within 3pm to 11am the next day.

United StatesHonestly, nothing about the hotel was bad. I think my issues were with Nagoya itself seemed a little not tourist friendly.
The staff was very nice and great! Dim sum restaurant below was good even tho I didn’t know what I was doing. They provided new towels everyday without asking or needing them. It was easy to get to from the train station. And there are a few not bad restaurants around. Easy to get to the Toyota museum and subway takes you easily to the Nagoya castle
