MalaysiaI'm surprised that the hotel has their own hot spring (Onsen type). Overall, the stay is quite pleasant as the bed is very comfortable . Lawson is right next to the hotel Able to explore Narita town by foot and tried their famous eel unagi rice. Easy transit to Narita Air in morning flight, first train at 5 am.

United KingdomThe bedroom was not just very cramped - & I'm smaller than the average Japanese male - but the ergonomics were poor eg the bedside switchgear & charge points were positioned so that the pillows easily covered & disturbed them. The toilet was up a step with sills: toe-bashing on way up & knee jarring on way down unless very careful. So never felt comfortable in room unless actually in bed
Great for the important functional things eg easy to find location near to station, good breakfast & courtesy bus to airport, & slept ok. Appreciated the communal hot bath too.

Hong KongCan’t feel really welcome like before. Staff have difficulty to communicate in English. Some dirt found in the room. The corridor is quite dark. Breakfast quality was no better than before. Airport shuttle won’t offer in between noon time till late afternoon. The routes from train station can be states more clearly in order to save time and effort for clients with heavy baggage.

SingaporeOnly bad point during our stay was at the check-in. I was navigated to use their touch-panel system to check-in, but it didn't work well for a booking through Booking.com and I needed to wait again for a manned counter.
This was my first time staying at an APA group hotel. Before our trip, as I knew it is only 14sqm, I thought the room is quite tight and was worried about the space to open our suitcases. However, it was a good surprise because the room is quite efficient and my friend and I had enough space to open our two middle sized suitcases and still more space for us to comfortably stay. The room was clean, the facilities are decently updated, it had good variety of amenities, and the bed was quite comfortable. The best part for me was it had an onsen-style public bath. For this size of hotel, the bath was quite spacious with around 10 shower booth. I really liked going there wearing Yukata every morning and took a nice hot bath to kickstart the day.

United StatesRoom and bathroom were a little tight. Couldn't figure out how to activate the AC on the room's temperature remote even with Google Translate, so we had to open the window for cool air. We were only there for one night and after a long flight, did not want to bother going to the front desk or calling about it. Very smokey room but that was my fault for not realizing I booked a "smoking" room.
A short walk to the train station. Convenience store right next door and a restaurant on the first floor. Friendly and helpful staff. Room rate was great and the fact they had a shuttle service from the airport was much appreciated! I would stay here again if I were to be in the area.
