Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RussiaI'd say that the main problem was laundry, there were only 2 washing machines for the whole hotel, just imagine an 8 floors hotel with 10+ rooms on each and only 2 washing machines for the whole.
The biggest plus of this hotel is the staff and the location. The staff was helpful and always friendly, even though there sometimes could be some language barrier issues, they were easily solved with translation applications. The room was clean, there was enough space for me and my wife, but if you bring up more than 1 suitcase it might be a problem.

United KingdomRoom is small but manageable if you have got lots of luggage. Step into the bathroom and the bath/ shower was quite high. Breakfast is traditional Japanese that might not suit all guests.

SingaporeI was trying to borrow an international plug for their port since they dont have any international plug in the room. they didnt have any. maybe this could be a point of improvement but they did their best everytime you ask them about certain questions or concerns.
You have all the things you need. they also speak in english. its a good spot also to see the kyoto tower. check out was surprisingly impressive.

Australiareally not much to complain about only nit picking would be: only 1 elevator which means during peak times can be slow. Bathroom in our room had a small step to get into the room - which was at best a tiny inconvenience but something to note. Overall we had a great stay.

AustraliaThe hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the train station and bus routes. I found the room to be slightly larger than most standard APA hotels for a solo traveller. As per the APA standard I enjoy when visiting Japan, the room was clean and caters for the needs of the traveller.

The locations is so near near to Kyoto Station, Kyoto Tower and shops that it is very convenient. The staff was nice and helpfull. The bathrrom was very good and comfty.
