It is a massive hotel, it consists of 3 buildings, the staff are fantastic to be able to assist everyone the pool and onsen are not big enough for everyone, they need another floor of onsen to assist everyone. Breakfast was great, but again, too many people. Somehow, we managed to get through it. We stayed one night, and we enjoyed it. The airport bus picked us up from the front of the building. One of the reasons we stayed here.

Wasn't aware it would be at least a 40 min train ride to Tokyo, and a bit of a walk to the nearest train station to the hotel.

Clean and modern rooms. Nice size. Good restaurant and convenience store close. Disney is across the bay.

Room was small as expected but hotel was huge with adequate facilities. Check in was smooth despite the numerous guests and the hotel public baths were clean & sizeable. Location is close to Makuhari station and an outlet mall. Mega AEON and Costco Malls just minutes away makes it a really well located hotel at a reasonable price.

They don't seem to clean the room, just making the bed. I was sneezing all along because the room was dusty, you can literally see floating dust. The plastic from a patch I dropped on the floor the other night was still there after 2 days. And they do not wash/clean used water glass 😐 the aircon/heater is also centralized so when ithe weather is cold the heater is on and you cannot use aircon, if you like to be cold there's a fan and you can open the windows instead.

The rooms are quite small (as expected), and the rooms ran a little on the hot side due to the amount of sunlight that shines in through the big windows

The convenience of this hotel when attending events at Makuhari Messe might be near unbeatable, especially when taking into account the cost of other nearby hotels. It being part of the overpass leading directly to the event center made trips back and forth really easy. There are plenty of food options inside the hotel as well as 2 convenience stores

Takes a bit to get to anywhere location-wise, as I didn't feel there is much to do in Chiba. Room is also a bit cramped, but for the price I don't mind at all.

Affordable, close to the train station, several 24/7 stores, a brand outlet center. It has great faculties all around, the room has everything you need, very nice place to be.

We could hear the lifts going up and down....wasn't bad but understandable being that they were in the centre.

Although we really liked the hotel, the fully naked spa all the time without consideration to those who are not interested in such experience made our experience incomplete.

The public baths get overcrowded easily, after two days of walking to the baths and finding it full I gave up and just bathe in the hotel room.

An excellent hotel as always. This is the third time my friends and I have stayed at this hotel, and the first time since pandemic, and it continues to be a good experience. Nice restaurants and shops within the hotel. A couple of minutes walk from Makuhari Messe for anyone attending events there. We loved that we could cast video from our phones to our room TV.
