- The gym is a joke - if you are even just a "mini gymrat as me", still, it is ridiculous: a 10 m2 room with two treadmills, 1 elliptic trainer, a not adjustible bench and a mini dumbell tower till max 15 kg weights....

- The hotel is on the Yokohama bay area - the view is amazing, especially at night. - The rooms are very tidy and clean, you have everything you need on a smaller-compact place - maybe for two bigger people bit too tidy. - If you are a "QR-Code Junkie and a high-tech-fan", the check in/out system is almost completely digital. There is personal to assist you. - You have a huge TV in the small room and you can watch even some block-busters (like Transformers or Avatar) free. - You can leave your luggage before and after your stay. - They don't clean every day - super! - It is a HUGE complex - it has its own Family Supermarkets, Restaurants and a Spa in it!

Bathroom is very small, I don’t fit well into them, that’s not really their fault. Long legs and arms make using the toilet a bit uncomfortable. Also being a person with tattoos not being allowed to use the public bath or pool makes me sad.

Unable to park the car as full every day. Beer restaurant a little expensive. Rooms very compact. A colleague had a room with no window.

The room was not clean. Especially the air freshener and window. The staff wasn't not professional during check-in and took almost 20 minutes to complete the process. I was very tired.

Always busy and check in process always takes long (because you are waiting to be served) , the room is really small and always hot (can’t adjust the room temperature). I like this hotel but there are some minor problems as well. I used this hotel both in spring and winter but the room was incredibly warm all the time, had to leave the room, the temperature cannot be changed.

The parking lot system is bad and not organized. My friend checked the availability going down to the parking lot, but the security guard was telling me I couldn’t park in the garage.

Maybe another TV channel in English would have been great. Had also stayed 5 days (booked direct with hotel) prior to this. One fridge froze everything over night. Uber a rip off. Way too expensive. A couple may struggle with size of room.

Clean linen, block out curtains, walking distance to many attractions. Housekeeping good - plenty of towels, good Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash. Little extras. Tea/coffee making facilities. Small fridge. Convenience stores in building. Perfect for solo women traveller. Card access required to your floor. Very helpful and efficient in storing luggage

Low Price for a hotel that looks like a casino. Three convenience stores nearby. Free outdoor onsen. I chose a room with no view but I still got a good view
