Central location to a train station, restaurants and shops. Quiet room from outside. Room was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. Our room had a good view but didn't open. Coin laundry, baths, 2 family marts, vending machines, ice machine, and a gym. Friendly and welcoming staff. Luggage storage service is very helpful.

The hotel is very spacious and is in a great location! It is conveniently near a train station, convenience stores, and restaurants. They have all sorts of amenities as well - such as coin laundry, a convenience store, and a bathhouse all in one floor! It is also very walkable to other sights and attractions in Yokohama.

The room is cosy, but had a great view of Yokohama bay. The highly automated check-in process was a little confusing the first time, but an absolute breeze the second. In-hotel dining is a little limited, but there are plenty of options nearby.

A great location, right on the waterfront of Yokohama. Handy for the Ferris wheel, Red Brick Building, etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a package delivered and stored my bag for a few days. All handled with great efficiency. Spotlessly clean.

Location was just perfect for going on a cruise later from there, loads of stuff to do in the neighbourhood. Hotel restaurant as expected overpriced for the quality but okay. The spa was just great, loved it

The regular room was the standard APA room that is good enough for travelers who are there for business or sightseeing, but it can be a bit small for people who would want to relax at the hotel.

I think this is definitely one of APA's best locations with good facilities and location. The lobby really wowed me. Everything was convenient. The public bath was also really nice.

Beautiful views and great location. Great amenities inside, including public bath and Family Mart, luggage storage desk, etc. Everything seemed clean and nicely designed. Very good value for location.

Food at the restaurant , one staff lady's who assist us I forgot her name whom she doesn't smile at all and never said thank you for staying with us .

We are used to small rooms in Japan but this is by far still the smallest room we have had. The check in system is also like waiting to check in your baggage at an airport - super long lines just to use a computer. All made worse by the staff member constantly yelling in high pitched Japanese to everyone about what line they should be in.

We stayed in a double room and it was too small for us and our 7 month old baby. Recommend booking two rooms if you have children or a lot of luggage.

Room was quite small, I'd say 4x3 (including bathroom). Shower was compact but adequate. I'm 160cm and was just right for me. Bed definately suits one adult and one small child under 10yrs.

The proximity of the hotel to everything else was great. Two adults 2 kids ( 10yrs old). We booked 2 small rooms with view. The hotels onsen was fabulous. It was such a great cultural experience. View from our room was lovely. Kids were offered a kiddies toiletry bag, adults were given a sample face cleansing pack. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
