Perfect location over Shin Yokohama station (Shibuya in <30 min, Shinkansen station just below). 40min from Haneda airport with bus limousine. Normally a business hotel but also more than OK for couple holidays. Very helpful personal.

Nothing particular.

First of all, the location cannot be better. Right next to(or on top of) the Shin-Yokohama station, very convenient. The room was spacious, nice view, equipped with all what you need. Super hotel that I could feel Japanese hospitality. There were enough electrical sockets on the desk and near the bed. It was also nice that they prepared a conversion plug so that I could you my European type plug. Bathroom was also spacious. I recommend this hotel if you travel to Shin-Yokohama area.

The breakfast did not go with the room but there were facilities right there. The hotel begins on 10th floor and there was lots of transportation under the building. the airport shuttle was great and the driver did a good job of finding us.

Room was, like most Japanese hotel rooms, quite small but it was larger than the room we had in the hotel we stayed at in Tokyo.

Excellent location over a major train station and shopping centre. Also, the hotel was very well supplied with the things that make staying there easier and more comfortable.

Our overall experience was exceptional. The location was great and easy to navigate, the room was comfortable and clean, we enjoyed our breakfast options each morning and access to laundry facilities made this necessary chore very manageable. Additionally, the front desk staff was great in helping us navigate our lost luggage with the airline. We will stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

Hotel need much more Receptionist who could speak English very well, Also need concierge desk, who could speak English very well Need power point which could be used for all worldwide plugs

Location is excellent, hopefully one lift could go direct from 2nd level to 10th floor without stopping vv room a bit squeezed, but we still can managed Breakfast was good but need more varieties mainly in Japanese meals

I'm not sure if certain amenities like shower caps are not included? I have requested for one in a go green form but no response. It's not an issue at all.

Perfect location for taking Shinkansen to other cities. The room is clean and comfortable. Front desk staff are very helpful.

room small, breakfast was better before they changed to Royal Host. Wecliked that they are trying to be eco friendly and have that info in the room. We selected no room make up but clean towels. Upon returning from a long day, the bed was not made nor were the coffee cups swapped out for clean ones. Disappointing!

We had to buy soy milk at breakfast elsewhere and bring it. crowded breakfast. ont corn flat as cereal. location remote from parking. Difficult to find first time. Highly convenient if traveling without a car

Exceptional staff particularly the male receptionist who has worked there for 30years. He helped us with heavy luggage, contacting the police when our passport appeared to have gone missing. Room was fine, minibar, slippers, pjamas etc. Quiet rooms with efficient light excluding drapes

Size, quality and comfort of the room. Vending machine, ice dispenser, and laundry machine are available on the floor. Helpful and efficient staff, perfect location to be connected in all directions. Supermarkets and restaurants and small stalls are at your doorstep.

Finding the access to the hotel for the first time was tricky. The hotel is very conveniently located above the Shin Yokohama train station but because there are multiple exits at different floors of the station/shopping complex, it took several tries for me before I found the correct lift lobby. First, locate the taxi stand. There is a cluster of standalone elevators across from the taxi stand. Go to the 10th floor.

Room size is small

We have a nice stay. Room is clean and comfortable. We can keep luggage’s in frond desk before/after check in/out. Under floor is JR station and subway,so very convenience to every where. Breakfast is good. I will stay again next time!

I probably wouldn't have stayed here if I wasn't traveling for work as it's a bit pricey. Other than that, it was a great spot!

Location was superb as it connected to the Shin-Yokohama station. I was just passing through for a night and needed the bullet train in the morning. It worked great! Location is also awesome for exploring - there are great trails along the river and near the Nissan Stadium. Proximity to the Ramen Museum was a bonus! I was also on the 18th floor which was nice. Fitness center! Breakfast offered a wide variety.
