The bed is a bit squeaky and the mattress is sunken, so not so comfortable. No inhouse staff to assist if assistance is needed

The suite is spacious and suitable for traveling families like us. The bathroom is big and spacious. They also provide additional sleeping bed. The location is near the airport.

If the cooking tools are free, it will be perfect

The location is very good, close to shopping mall, close to gundam (la la port). The design inside the home is so good, i specially like the facilities in the bathroom, 1 area for bath (the build-in facilities can let us gave the hot water for onsen/bathing in a super easy way), 1 area with mirror and then another area for towel and clothes, it even have a chair, so i can use it when i blow my hair in front of the mirror are, super love it.

The location is not bad, but requires walking for an average of 10-15 minutes to access public transportation. (There are some closer bus stops but they are less reliable than trains due to traffic)

The room we stayed in is a proper apartment room, with a kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, a large bathroom (for Japanese hotel standard) and even comes with a washer. This is very convenient for large family groups and is even better for extended stays.

It’s not that i don’t really like but we just prefer if there’s a Netflix available in the tv. Because we don’t bring our laptop for sightseeing travel.

The check in time is so tight and early. I think it will be enough one people must be check in, but all of people must show the passports. My other family must be hurry to come to hotel because of the check in time.

The room is large. There are 2 bedrooms. The room is really comfortable. There is hot bath up completed by bath salt. There is also dryer room for clothes. We got taxi reimburse from Hakata station to the hotel.

The location is very far from the center and public transportation is not conveniently accessible. You have to walk a long time to get to the train station, so access will be convenient if you arrive by car. Parking at the apartment hotel is paid.

The apartment was huge, full of all the necessary facilities. From washing machine to kitchen. The woman at the reception was very nice and kind and helped us with everything we needed. The price was very cheap compared to the size of the apartment and what it had to offer.

Bed is uncomfortable, and the pillows are much worse. Pillows are virtually unusable, they deflate to 1cm when putting your head on it. Please change. Concierge is not 24/7 but only available for few hours each day.

Many sliding doors, spacious and good use of space. Equipped kitchen, and other standard appliances for use. Bathroom can doubled up as dryer room for laundry. Convenient carpark lot subject to availability.

Apartment has alot of instructions and warning signs all over, so sometimes feels a little uncomfortable. Location abit tricky to find.

Apartment was big and clean. Has laundry and bathroom drying. Cooking and kitchen essentials free for collection and use from 3pm. On site parking available for a fee.

Suitable for Family. Spend 6 nights and it is super great. They provide a lot of kitchen amenities. The reception is friendly and able to speak in English. The room is clean and comfortable. Most importantly , there is a bus station which is only 3 minutes by walking distance and it just took a few minutes to HAKATA station.

The location might not match with those who travel by a public transportation. Some furnitures are a bit outdated.

The room is large for its price considering this is Japan. Overall, it was a great stay for us a family of 4.

Location is probably a bit too far to walk with luggage from takeshita Station. Please set aside at least 25 mins to walk from hotel to the station if you are going to the airport. Taxis not easy to flag down and all their apps require a mobile number.

Location was isolated and a bit depressing, though it gives you an idea of where locals live. Noise from the adjoining shinkansen line, though you get used to it and it can be entertaining for the kids.

An amazing amount of space for Japan including a large terrace with Shinkansen views, great kitchen and bathroom, all very clean and at a reasonable price. Our family of four plus two young kids was very comfortable.

The check-in time should be reviewed, I believe a lot of guests usually arrive in the city after 19:30 with flights/boats and the hotel is very strict about it (no luggage storage admitted either). The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, and this is positive, however it’s quite far from Hakata station and no metro stops nearby - there are buses running on the main road, however we either walked +2km to the station or took taxi.

Very spacious room with all facilities you may need during a long stay. Very modern, comfortable and clean apartment, easy instructions for all appliances in the room. Decent WiFi speed for making phone calls and could be used to work too.
