Location is a bit far away from the subway, but acceptable. We took taxi to there, so it is still vey convenient.

the space is quite large, comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly, they helped us to found the lost toy for our kid after we left the hotel. They brought a very good travel memory to our family!!

Hotel unable or unwilling to store luggage for early arrival

Beautiful, spacious, well stocked hotel room. Easy access to Hakata Station. Clear instructions. Very clean. Best shower ever! Washing machine works a treat! Didn't use kitchen but hours seemed restrictive.

1 No convinience store around 200-300 meters 2 Need clear guidance if using a bus at first time go to property. 3 Front office is not operate 24H, only 15:00 until 19:00

The property is very convinience, very clean, moderm style. It is more than my expectation, love it There are - two bed rooms - dining room and living room in a one room and also island kitchen in there - 1 bath room, with separate toilet - washing machine is in the bath room area - any kind of kitchen ware that you need available at the front office, it is free to use

Was quite noisy. Despite notices asking people to be quiet, we had a toddler running around constantly in the apartment above us and on our last night, constant banging and loud voices from another apartment until after 4 am.

You are allow check in selected day time, as well as limited time to get any kitchen tools or rubbish bag.

There is a washing machine, big bath unit, kitchen and living room with 2 rooms. Big space. Plus point is car park.

No late check ins which was fine for us. Located in between local train stations. Wish we figured out we could use Uber App to get taxi to go places- enjoyed figuring out how to take local bus.

It was very clean, organised and thoughtful accommodation. They have everything what you need/wanted for long travel. From laundry detergent, hangers, rice cooker, hot water pot 😌.

No room service. Trash does pile up if staying longer. Over 2km from main station so always need a taxi to get to and fro.

Large 2 bedroom with bath, kitchen and balcony. Very livable for a family, there is also a parking facility and its a 1000 yen taxi ride to Hakata station. Laundry machine and heat drying in the bathroom. Great heating in winter. Family mart and delicious ramen shop nearby.

the mattresses on the beds were really hard. The location wasn’t great, but if you have a car then it is no problem.

We booked a family room for 6 of us. There were only 2 double beds. Futon for another 2 members of my family. Futon mattress was thin and quite uncomfortable. Due to lack of space in the room, got to lay futon mattress in the living area, near the TV.

Apartment is quite new and clean with paid parking of 1000 yen per day. Parking is very convenient, located right next to apartment. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a walk in closet, washing machine and a small laundry room in the apartment. There are plenty of hangers and we were able to do our laundry in the apartment. Cost of accommodation is of great value!

One thing was the floor was light and thin.

The staff was helpful. I did not know how to speak Japanese but the staff was using translator so we were able to communicate. Location was great. They prepared everything you'll need. The room was spacious. Suitable for group traveler. There's great eatery places and drug stores around there. Great accessibility to bus station.

The bed not so good, not firm enough. They only provide cleaning for those stay for more than 7 nights. I think a bit too long, maybe can shorten to 3 to 4 days to clean the rooms.

I like the property, it has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dinning table, bathroom includes washing machine. You can cook but needs to get the utensil from the lobby. I stayed at this property for 9 nights.This property just like my temporary house in Japan.
