The bed isn't very comfortable as you can feel the metal bar under the mattress. I think simply adding a wooden board underneath would already improve it a lot

I felt very sick during my stay, and at night someone from the staff came with me to the hospital

The girl underneath me had 20 alarms that went of from 5:30-6:00 >:( really annoying

I liked the bed, the bathroom, shower were all nice. It was cheap and comfortable for the price.

Metal bunk beds with quite thin mattresses aren’t the most comfortable to sleep on, although the pillows and duvets were comfy.

The staff were really nice (even when I stupidly locked myself out of the dorm room late at night) and the hostel had all the facilities you need. The location was nice, 20 mins walk from the main station and 10 mins walk from the closest subway. Generally clean, the female dorm room I was in was very cold and dark even in the day but the heater worked well to warm it up in the evening. If you’re tall like me - watch your head! Quite a few low doorways as is common in older buildings in Japan.

There were no tissues in the room, and no paper towels provided for the bathrooms, only a community-use hand towel, which, though changed daily, did not appeal to me. There is a lack of sound-insulation and I could clearly hear a ringtone frequently sounding off early in the morning in a neighboring room. Earplugs are recommended.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They often made conversation and offered recommendations when asked. I booked a private room, which was clean and well-cared for. The bedding was simple and comfy. The showers could be accessed 24 hours. Closely located to many interesting areas by foot and train stations/bus stops for getting farther out.

Property overall was great. Room was very loud and hot but that was because of 2 people that didn’t have manners.

Some of the bunk beds were a bit old and squeaky, not loads of bathrooms/showers for the amount of people in the hostel

Lovely little hostel with a cosy common room and kitchen space. Only here for one night but the rooms were comfy and got a good nights sleep. Only 20 minute walk from the station

The staff allowed me to early check-in since I arrived early as well. The place is walkable from Narita Station. It's a good value for money especially in Japan is expensive.

While it is normal not to wear shoes inside, the slippers provided always seemed to always get caught on the stairs.

The staff are friendly! The art is super cute and welcoming. The room was nice and spacious, and the beds were softer then most other places we have stayed so far

For the price, nothing more to demand. It is a hoste so there is not much to demand.

The personal was fantastic. I just stayed there for one night but even so I felt very welcomed and they were really nice with me, we had good conversation and they even huged me when I left the place. :D

Bed’s arrangement is a little bit confusing. I think it will be good if they arrange the bed more organized. Because the the room is quite spacious but the arrangement is not that good, and there is a quite space that became wasted.

Price and location is great. It’s a little bit far from Nagoya station, but the price is reasonable. Bathroom is also clean. Staff is also nice.

It´s always fun to stay at this Hostel. You will meet interesting People at the lounge donwstairs. It´s a small place, but it makes it easy to talk to guests and make friends. therfore it´s a perfect place, if you travel alone. You can cook your own meals at the shared kitchen and join the Hostel Staff during they having their lunch. Many Bicycles are available for exploring the area.
