Nice, quiet atmosphere. Clean rooms. The staff was extermely helpful in answering our questions. The hotel offered a free tea ceremony, which was really nice. They also offered free onsen visits but we couldn't manage.

TV program should have English besides only Japanese. To welcome tourists from overseas, this is basic need.

We like the space and setup of the room. Use of the nearby onsen is nice. The lady who does the tea ceremony is professional and quick thinking. It has been a pleasure to have met her, including the gentleman from Bangladesh at the reception. He understands and speaks English clearly and carries himself well.

The hotel offers a ticket to the connected bath but was closed (after 10:00pm) when we checked in late.

The hotel is located at a quiet country side surrounding with a villa setting where the air is fresh and clean. The room is clean and comfortable although slightly small for those who opt to stay for more than just one night.

711 is far away, and the convince storein countryside closes very early, will be nice if hotel can have a corner to sell sake and snacks.

really nice hotel in the countryside. love the idea of free onsen voucher for the onsen next door, this is unexpected and goodness, that onsen next door is fantastic, good onsen water with fabulous view. They even have a award winning pizza place and crepe kiosk in the onsen. Nothing to ask for more.

It was a clean and comfortable stay. It was a reasonably-sized room and we could open the luggage fully. The staff was really polite and welcoming when we arrived, and there was ample space to park the car. We stayed one night only and didn't get to make full use of the free passes to the nearby onsen :(

A brief drive from Huis Ten Bosch can bring you to this quiet location with plenty of parking spaces. Free ticket included for the spa in walking distance. The room is spacious.

I was pretty satisfied with the place.

They offered free bath passes for each night you stayed with them, something I didn't expect. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is good for us as we had a car and parking wasn't an issue.

That I had to leave.

The staff went above and beyond. Got me everything I needed; food was excellent, facilities were great, and at the end got me and my girlfriend a ride for free to the train station. Our van driver even got out to help translate to the train station where we needed to go. This was an incredible experience from wonderful people that I'll never forget. I've never seen service this good before.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, and offered free coupons that we could use at the several local stores near the hotel. They have an onsen and a restaurant very close by, and we were able to eat a wonderful dinner at half price. The onsen was relaxing and beautiful.

I didn't get to use the onsen since we were pressed with time. Other than that I couldn't think of anything.

The breakfast was a wonderful, healthy, and balanced meal. The location was perfect for us. We didn't know that Hasami is a pottery town. A wonderful surprise for Potterhead like me. It's around a 20- 30 minutes scenic drive to downtown Sasebo City. there's a lot of quaint coffee shops and cafes along the road.

A guest upstairs from our room had to get up super early in the morning and started his exercise routines jumping and hopping which made our room rock and tremble with noise!!

Everything was new, clean and all staff were friendly and nice! We had few surprises waiting there such as free unlimited entries to a real onsen spa nearby and a free Japanese tea ceremony at the entrance of the hotel in the afternoon! Rooms are much much nicer than the photos suggest on this page, so don’t be fooled by them.

However, it you are sensitive to noise this might not be for you. The sound-proofing for the floors and walls are very bad. I stayed on the ground floor so I can hear footsteps from the corridor and room above and also banging & some, although faint talking from the adjacent rooms. The sound did die down when the other rooms go to sleep but it will pick up again at 6-7AM. It is a shame for this would be great hotel. If this can be fixed then I would like to revisit. But I am not sure if it can.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room layout is also very good. They also provide free vouchers to enter a public onsen near by. While we were there, there was also a tea ceremony that you can join for free.
