The proximity to the city and access to public transport was great. We loved having a little lounge area and a big balcony to dry our clothes.

We arrived early and had to wait for the check in at 4pm online but the check in was online and quite easy. Near to the train station and amenities, there's a convenient store downstairs, a lot of shops around and centrally located.

We asked for our rooms to be close to each other. They weren’t even on the same floor. 2 and 5. Our request was months ago. I spoke to another family that had rooms on different floors that asked for close rooms. It’s like they didn’t even try. Plus there was no one to talk to about it. I know having no staff allows a cheaper price.

Great rooms, smart layout, clean, great for families. Amazing location easy walk to train station. Tons of cool restaurants and bars close by.

Our double room didn’t have a dining table and when travelling with young children, it’s difficult to seat them on a kitchen stool. There was also no information on how to get more toilet paper and body wash which both ran out during our stay and given there are no staff on premises, it would be helpful if the information booklet provided confirmed whether they could be replenished and how. We ended up purchasing these items ourselves, so it wasn’t a big deal given the convenience of the store downstairs

Very convenient location surrounded by convenient stores and F&B outlets. Very comfortable for a 4+1 family will full amenities. Everything was clean and new. Seamless and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Great location. Less than 15min walk from Osaka/Umeda stations. Short walk to convenience stores, cafes and shops. Apartment was clean. Bonus having a washing machine and clothes drying function in the bathroom

One stop from Osaka-Umeda station. For adult,it’s just walking distance. For young children, too many steps no matter change train or walk. If can provide more hangers, that will be better, too many clothes for group of 4 in autumn/winter.

Room is well furnished and clean. The facilities are great. Smart door lock with alarm, bathroom with heater and clothes dryer. Toothbrush, washing powder, shampoo, hair brush, towel, etc, everything is provided. I like the bathroom, water is hot and powerful. You can wash and dry your clothes every day. Also have a vacuum cleaner, easy to use. I also like the washing machine, it’s very fast just 20mins, not like some washing machines’ program more than 1 hr. Quiet place at night. There is a convenient shop downstairs. I will book again.

We were a group of 5 girls and unfortunately there was only one mirror in the whole room (it was small one in the bathroom). It was difficult to get ready at the same time :D

The accommodation was in a great location, just a 10 minute walk from Umeda Station. There were many restaurants, cafes and shopping areas in the area. There was a supermarket directly below the accommodation and also two convenience stores 2min away. The room itself was super spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything you need. The beds were very big, so there was room for two. They were also very comfortable.

We stayed there as a family of 4. Even though the room advertised up to 6, I don’t think it is possible to have 6. Having 4 is already very crammed. However, I must say that it is very clean room.

I like the convenience of having a small shop downstairs where I can get my breakfast. Less than a hundred steps away, there is a family mart that we could use the Yamato service to deliver our luggage for next destination. However, the family mart will not help you write your delivery slip. You could try writing it and send to next hotel for verification. I also like the bathroom with clothes drying facilities. If you are washing jeans, you can set it to dry overnight and you are good to go in the morning.

There wasn't anything that we weren't pleased with.

The location of the Condo was excellent. My family was close to all of the amenities and we loved that the street was nice and quiet. We felt very safe and everything we needed was just a few steps outside our door. The apartment was thoughtfully designed. We had more than enough room for all four of us. We were impressed by the bathroom design because it allowed four people to get ready at the same time. One person could shower privately, 2 people could brush their teeth and one person had their own private room for the toilet. The heated seat was a special surprise!

Some basic tea and coffee facilities were not provided. There was no iron or ironing board. There was a coffee table but not a desk or table to sit at. The bed was against the wall and couldn't be moved.

Located a short 10-15 minute walk from Osaka and Umeda Stations. Apartment had more space than a hotel room, Many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Excellent shower room which was also a clothes drying room. Kitchen had enough equipment to do basic cooking. Quiet location.

Only one elevator and we had a baby so walking is not an option with the stroller but we would frequently have to wait. Water heating system was confusing and takes a while to warm up.

Not much but if I can pick one, I could not see staff of the accommodation and if we could have any questions, it would be better if there was a staff not only through speaker phone otherwise the place could meet my expectation.

I liked the location of the property and the shop beside the accommodation. Three people including me, stayed at the property where was plenty of space compared to other properties.

Only small issue- bed was incredibly creaky!!! You couldn’t breathe without it making sounds let alone roll over. Luggage storage, washing machine - excellent. Booked for 2 people, “family room” advertised for up to 4- realistically the other bed was a foldout couch for 1 person. Not an issue for us, but wouldn’t recommend for 4 people.
