The hotel doesn't have a reception so we couldn't forward our luggage from our previous hotel. It looked like it was cleaned in a rush, and not everything was cleaned very well.

It was fantastic staying in a Japanese residential area and experiencing that aspect of Japanese life. The apartment is very handy to the Osaka subway network (two stations), and there are two convenience stores within fifty metres and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We enjoyed walking in the area, seeing schools, parks and kindergartens

Some directions to property from station would be good as Osaka/umeda is very confusing for first time visitors. No dryer, only washing machine.

Great location, walking distance to umeda/osaka station and Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street. Free Luggage storage was really handy for us. Loved the balcony as it gave us a chance to dry clothes and have a bit more space. Washing machine and washing powder provided.

The bed was too hard. Seemed clean, but when you walk over the floor with white socks you get to see how dirty it is.

It was challenging to dry our laundry, but I found a coin laundry place very close to the Hotel so we managed it well. Washed in the room and took it to dry in the coin machine.

I very liked the location, close to the Umeda station, Osaka station and metro. The room was equipped with all necessary gear. Good value for money.

Lack of information on extra garbage bags under fitted ones. Sink in kitchen had no plug to hold washing water. Sofa lounge was poor condition as padding has deteriorated. No out door furniture on balcony.

Upon checking into the room, we discovered that the bed headboard was covered in dust. I had to clean it myself before we could settle in for the night. It was indeed disappointing. However, apart from that, the room’s facilities were satisfactory.

Lawson and family mart are just around the corner.

The fridge seems not be working well this time for the apartment. Hope Bon have a space with secure locked for luggages.

The Condominium has an automated check-in process with checkin time of 4PM. Since there are no staff available, if one reaches early, they have to wait till 4pm to check-in as the machines do not accept any check-in before 4pm.

The room size and the facilities provided is very good. The Condominium is located within walking distance of Umeda station and Osaka station which is very good. There are a couple of 7/11 within one minute of walking distance of the Condominium which are open till late hours in the night.

The bedding was very firm which made for a fee restless nights for the family who were not used to hard beds.

Location was really good and there's even a proper supermarket close by which we went to get groceries for a home made dinner. The amenities in the apartment was really functional for our needs.

Great self-contained flat. Very central location, perfect for commuting to Nara and Kyoto for day trips. Comfy beds and good facilities. Check in was straight-forwards.
