Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JapanNicest staff! Amazing Breakfast and Dinner! Pick up service (super unexpected)! Sadly we only stayed one night since the weather prevented the ferry’s from operating. The hotel was so kind and refunded us for the night we couldn’t be there. Absolutely fantastic. The gourmet dinner on their roof top is just delicious. The pool and patio are clean. During Happy Hour we were served beer and wine. Will recommend!

ItalyA washlet could be really a very nice feature, we missed it. There was just one pillow for each one and a bit too hard.
I loved the position, the roof terrace with amazing view and bathtubs, the bathroom with double sink, the food with free alcohol from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, the staff (super kind), the privacy, bike rentals and the extra checkout time. Aka island is truly a small treasure for people who loves nature and silence, our honeymoon was really special.

JapanNothing that I could think of... This is the best accommodation to experience the Aka-island.
Great accommodation for getaway! So relaxed to see beautiful seas in front of the hotel. The location was very good - you can access easily and quickly to most of all beaches by walk. The hand-made dinner and breakfast was very delicious and sophisticated. We could also enjoy free-flow alcohols (beer, wine, sparkling wine, etc.) over the dinner time. I really loved the outside hot bath tab on the rooftop over the beautiful sunset and sea, where we could bath to warm up after snorkeling whole day. The owner and staffs are also very nice and flexible to recommend us what's the best schedule for us to do during our stay. We also rented SUP with the owner's instruction, which was really fun. We definitely want to come back here again!
