Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Exceptional service from the team! We felt so welcome and at home. Despite some staff can't speak English, they were always trying to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. My toddler was also given a chance to explore the hotel's music studio and played with the hotel's mascots, Oleo and Shido. A big shout out to Kao San for her warm hospitality and for being the translator. Kao san replied to our messages promptly and sent / picked us up from Kawaguchiko station throughout our stay. She even acceded to our request by sending our luggages to the train station as we explored Mount Fuji a little more. Really appreciate the kind gesture! Overall, the best place to stay around Mount Fuji 👍👍👍

United StatesThe only thing I can think of: the chandelier was a little low in the room, so I kept hitting it with my hands accidentally. It might be an issue for taller people.
The staff are very friendly and eager to help, they offered to pick me up from the train station, let me leave my luggage at the hotel for the day after I checked out, and they drove me back to the train station afterwards (all for free). The staff also helped me figure out how to get places with buses and trains, and where to hike. The room was incredible value, I stayed in a private bathroom double room as a solo traveler for two nights. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the water is potable, the shower is warm. There is a microwave and hot water kettle in the room and a refrigerator in the lobby for your food. The common areas are clean and cozy, the decorations are very nice. The location is amazing, there was a view of Mount Fuji out of my room window, it is 100 metres away from the Lawson Convenience store where there is a bus stop, and only 1.5 km walkable from the Kawaguchiko train station.

JapanThe only thing i could complain about is the bath being preeetty small, so tall people might have some issues. I was fine with it, but my friends (>180cm) struggled a bit.
Extraordinary friendly, English-speaking staff. Picked us up at the station when we arrived although our bus was quite late and drove us there again when we left. Everything was clean, the direct view on Mt. Fuji was stunning. I'm not a musician, but seeing all the messages from bands that stayed there was cool to see and I feel like it's a great stay for bands.

AustraliaWhere do I begin? We had such an amazing stay, and I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kawaguchiko. We were picked up on arrival, and dropped back to the station when we were leaving. The staff are so friendly and made our stay feel like home. The view of Mt Fuji from our room was just incredible! The hotel is close to many restaurants, and a coin laundry. Oleo the cat was so cute too!

The view was amazing. Every morning, I looked forward to seeing how Mount Fuji appeared each day. I loved my stay so much that I extended it by another 5 days. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. I can't say enough about how wonderful my stay was, and I have to thank the staff for making it very relaxing and memorable. I'm coming back for the sakura season and staying for a month.
