Location close to the station is great, surrounded by amazing places to eat.

There's only heater in the room. To get some cold air, need to open to window but problems are sometimes there's no breeze, insects and rain were entering the room.

Got a twin room for a reasonable price. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Many lifts so you don't need to wait. Property is just walking distance to Kanazawa station.

There is no closet or clothed hanger to hang our jacket or coat especially during winter. And the luggage rack are not big enough to put 3 cabin size luggage.

Cleanliness, smell of seweage, dirty public bath

I was there in 2023 for sakura season and got second floor with the triple room and it was great. The onsen public room was clean. But this time 2024 i got the twin bed and the first room smelled like dirty sewage as soon as i open the front door, the staff changed and the window wouldn't close so she changed room for me again and it was dusty and the air conditioning was moudly and hot.

Only comment is we had 2 carryon cases only and they really didn't have enough space to have them both open.

Location was fabulous. 5 minutes walk from the train station Staff were very helpful and professional.. Amenities were great. Absolutely nothing to complain about. It was great.

Cleaning service was not finalized at 15:00 as declared,, but after talking with the receptionist the room was ready in short time

Location is excellent. - All the items you need for a comfortable stay are included. - Clean room and toilet - All the lights can be switched off from a panel close to the bed.

The bathroom. You had to step up significantly to step into the bathroom which was very small. Then the bath was very deep to step into to shower. There was nothing to hold onto.

Location was excellent. 5 min walk from Kanazawa Station. Everything was at the station we needed to access ie food, trains, buses. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Easy access to laundry facilities. Public bath was amazing.

Nothing to do with hotel but restaurants in Kanazawa all seem to book out early ( Friday night ). If staying here make a restaurant reservation.

Reasonably close to the station. Typical Japanese hotel with all the usual amenities. Our room was very compact but as we travel light not too much of a problem. If you have a large suitcase you are in for an interesting time.

Nothing - it is Japan and space can be tricky with 3 suitcases in the room. We were able to make do.

Everything was lovely and comfortable. Separate toilet always helps, lovely facilities. We had our 5 year old and was able to move the beds together so that we did not have to worry about her falling out of bed. Great location, easy walk to the station and it was an easy walk to the castle, the garden and the super busy fish markets. Microwave on the ground level for when you buy something from the convenient store. Little fridge in the room.

It was a 2 beds' room but squeezed in another bed to make it 3 beds' room. Thus, it was a bit crowded after putting the luggage, not much space left.

One of the most comfortable beds and pillows that i had during the trip. The 2 small hot spring baths were the best after a tiring trip.

There’s a lot of dust at the head of the bed. The first day ,bad smell of grilled meat come in to the room eventhough the window closed.

The hotel with good value for money. Not far from JR station. Enjoy many amenity /delicious buffet breakfast both western& Japanese.

The locks of the room and toilet were not functioning properly leading to an unsecured feeling during our stay!

It is very close to station and shopping mall. The staff allowed us to store luggage when we arrived early. The pillows were supportive to our neck as they were similar to the ones we were using!

The woman public bathhouse is small and full of people. It cannot accommodate many people, so that we could not use it. The air in the public bathhouse is not circulating. We are so sad that we cannot use it.

The room is big and comfortable. We can open our suitcase fully in the room. It has two big windows and the air is flashing, the view is good, the sunlight is wonderful. The hotel’s location is good. We really enjoy it.

My single room was so small that I could not open my bag and have the bathroom door open at the same time. For the same price, my travelling companion had a bigger room with a little more room for an open bag.

toilet can be quite squeezy. bed is a bit hard for side sleepers.

near the bus and train station. many eateries around the area. amenities are all provided and there is a public bath and spa available for guest! room was big. staff at reception were friendly and helpful. i love the contoured pillow.
