Excellent hotel in good location right next to the train station. Lovely staff who were very polite and accommodating. Large room and very comfortable. Free use of the public Onsen included. Good amenities, very clean and altogether lovely stay.

Amazing Place. Host reply was really fast. 10/10 would travel again to this hotel. Access to station is in walking distance, really comfortable. Overall Kanazawa itself is a really good place. Really recommend this hotel

There was an instance that shocked me that they were cleaning my room, and my valuables are still in there. I can attribute that to probably a misunderstanding, but they left my hotel room door ajar open. Super concerning during my stay.

The hot springs and close access to shops and restaurants.

The room was dirty! The floor was filthy and covered with party sequins. The cleaning crew was still working at 7 p.m., so the hallways were full of trash every day. The room was very hot and the aircon would only blow hot air. The staff just told us to open a window, but it is a loud street, and we were bitten by bugs. Bathroom extraction was poor, and so it was always uncomfortably humid.

Close to the train/bus station (a five minute walk) and a nice buffet breakfast for 1700 yen. We had a big breakfast and didn't need to eat until the evening. The scrambled eggs were our favourite!

The room had a weird smell when we walked in, we found out it was from the air conditioner. After one night stay, my family members and I had a little pain in our throat. We had a second look of the a/c and It was thick MOLD everywhere! We had to open the windows whole time for another night...

Excellent location, easy walking distance to train station and buses, including the tourist Kanazawa Loop bus. Room was clean, comfortable bed, amenities were conveniently provided, staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast (optional extra) was buffet style with a nice selection of tasty Western and Eastern style dishes. The laundromat in the hotel was very handy. Family Marts, 7-eleven, and many restaurants nearby. Excellent value and highly recommended.

Small rooms and tiny bathroom Breakfast was nog nice. Scrambled eggs looked like polenta. Staff did not greet or smile and were unprofessional with paperwork.

The public bath was hard to find and was very small. The changing area was even smaller and there weren’t enough lockers when I used the bath as there were many teens and their moms using the bath. The washing machines were fully occupied for many hours and there isn’t a booking system for that. So I had to wait around for a long time. Someone said that they would go to a laundromat near the hotel which would be faster.

The location is great, nearby Kanazawa station, variety of food sell at the food court in the shopping mall. Optional buffer breakfast is great. Hotel provides pyjamas facial cream and skin care. Spacious lobby.

Location was great but you'll need to know how to move through the lanes for a short cut to the hotel. Google led us through a big loop but after being familiar we managed to move quickly from Kanazawa station to the hotel. We walked through ForUs shopping mall, then to Game Paradise, cross the road facing the Family Mart, walk along the road next to the Family Mart and reach the hotel. It seems long but it's pretty fast. There's another MyStays nearby - don't go to the wrong hotel :)
