We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandWe got the first room on the ground floor, right next to the entrance as well as the elevator- automatically it was more noisy than normally during our stay in Japan. But thankfully it was not a problem during the night. There was only one shaded window in the room, which did not bring a lot of light inside, due to that room felt a bit like a basement.

SingaporeThis is an unmanned hotel with no reception staff in attendance. Take more effort doing pre-check-in procedure online as well as receiving security passwords on the actual check-in day itself. A distraction requiring attendance while you are travelling and enjoying your holiday time. We could contact the management through the Booking.com platform easily but annoying that daily coffee-tea replenishment is not automatic and has to be requested. A general observation we like to share with travellers considering booking unmanned hotels is a sense of isolation and an issue of personal security if you are a lone female. You never know what kind of neighbours you have occupying the next room. There are only two rooms on each floor in this hotel, so the feeling of isolation is pretty acute especially when the 'corridor' is just a three-step walking length between the two rooms. Hope this information helps your decision booking unmanned hotels.

United KingdomIt is not clear how to enter the hotel. Email should be sent instead of relying on the booking.com apps. My booking.com apps does not have message box function and I did not receive any information about the hotel other than the pin code and reservation code in the email. Check out time is 10am when we only entered into the hotel after 10pm.
Staff is very helpful. He came up around 10pm when we had question and he successfully resolved the problem. The room is clean and the clothes included are excellent. The washing and dryer machine is very useful too.

Very comfortable, there was a fridge and a washing machine/dryer in the bathroom, perfect after a longer trip. There's no staff, so you can check in in advance and just enter your info on the screen in the lobby. The whole process was very fast.
