The hotel is located in what appears to be the party district. Normally this is not an issue for me but when the music goes all night and then gets turned up to even louder at 5am for the "recovery session", it made the following day a bit more of a challenge.

Yokohama was a very interesting place.

The location actually good for shopping nearby is Isezaki Mall but suitable for man, single girl or lady are not recommended. because downstairs a lot of bars & night clubs, If come back late, not feel safety. Especially on Saturday night, music noisy till dawn around 7-8am. For man may prefer this location.

Hotel near at Korea Town, actually the room style with some Korea feel, Facility is good, provide washing machine & cooking equipment but the bed definitely not alright for me, stayed 2 nights easy to get back pain. The mattress too soft and cause the back falling down.

No comfortable chairs and table. No full size mirror. Shower has short shower hose, person need to squat or sit before you can use shower. Not enough towels. No replacement towels for long stays. Not enough plates for the number of people staying. No extra trashbags.

The most things I dislike is its surroundings. There seemed a night club running all night. The noises can be clearly heard during the whole 3v night. They were very loud and kept us waking up all the times. No extra blanket was available.

I reserved a room for four nights, from May 13th to May 17th, with the booking made on May 1st. On May 7th, I received a notification from the hotel indicating that my reservation "may be canceled due to an error in verifying your payment method" and was directed to a link asking for my credit card information. Suspecting this to be a scam, I did not enter any information and instead contacted booking.com's customer service for an investigation. Subsequently, all prior messages that included the suspicious link were deleted by the hotel on May 8 and May 9. The hotel later messaged me on May 8th to inform me of spam emails being circulated within their booking site, affecting many hosts and guests. This message highlighted that the spam was sent by individuals not affiliated with the hotel. However, the hotel neither apologized nor provided a detailed explanation of the incident, which raised concerns about their trustworthiness and the safety of my upcoming stay. I requested the cancellation of my booking with a full refund and waiver of the cancellation fee, but this was declined. Given the lack of responsibility and respect shown in handling this situation, I am uncomfortable proceeding with my stay. I therefore didn't check in with the hotel and filed a complaint about this issue with booking.com. I am still waiting for a respond either from booking.com or the hotel.

1. The couch was very dirty. 2. The shower/bathroom was wet when I checked into the room. 3. Washing machine was available but there was no washing powder. 4. Toothbrush was available but no toothpaste. 5. No pajamas available. 6. No iron. I tried to contact the hotel but no response. 7. There are numerous bars and nightclubs nearby that is open 24 hours and loud music is played all night. I couldn’t get any sleep for three days. 8. The towels provided were cheap and very rough. People with sensitive skin will have an issue.

We were shocked to find they are providing us the run-down towels that were reckoned as rubbish in our country. It is absolutely inconvenient that there was no furniture like couch , chairs or anything to hang up your clothes if you actually offer the customers an apartment to stay. with no reception on site, the online communication is too slow and totally not match the Japanese service standards.

The location is good even though it is a bit noisy during the night. The inside is very clean like most of Japanese maintenance and facilities.

It’s between the pubs, so night time not safe for girls or solo travellers and it’s noisy during midnight until early morning. Pillow too soft and low need stack up.

We like the modern design of the room, the availability of basic appliances. The best part is that it is near Donki and the commercial area and transportation.

The room was announced for 8 guests, but it only had enough space for 6. We contacted the property, but they refused to provide additional futons. We were told to share the individual futons between two of us. Not only the futons are not big enough to fit 2 guests, but these were extremely thin and my friends who slept on them woke up with back pain. Two of us had to find another place to sleep. Moreover, the pictures are deceiving. The room is advertised as a "Double room" hinting at a second floor in the pictures. However, this floor was never available. Deceiving pictures, unhelpful host, not enough place to sleep!!

I don’t like the location at the mean time because it situates in a Red Light district full with bars/clubs with people standing on the road wanting business. Not suitable for family with kids. Beds are dirty with hair, and beds are sagging, floors are dusty, no slippers are provided.

I like the location because it’s just 15 mins walk to the core attraction.

It's a little hard to find, and if you aren't used to sleeping with sound it can be hard to sleep because the clubs on the street play music until the morning.

There is a great night life for clubbing and partying if thats what you like. Train station is a 5 minute walk.

For the first 2 nights it was impossible getting the AC to properly work since the direction provided to us was of another controller and not the correct one. Also the wifi never worked since it couldn’t be found and we tried all the available ones and none of them worked.
